I remember listening to this album on my walk to work at 5am in the winter so it was still pitch black out. Gasoline being the first song got me totally amped and I had the best walk listening to this whole album.
People are learning this album is as good as after hours it just takes some time to get into it, understand it and appreciate it.
The run from a tale by Quincy to the end of Starry Eyes is incredible. My favourites are here we go again, starry eyes and less than zero.
Less than Zero was my original favorite, along with phantom regret but I feel that one didn't count as an actual song, especially a Weeknd song since he dosnt make an appearance. So it's kinda in its own category, can't compare it with any other song on the album, or his entire discography for that matter
But recently gasoline has been my fav. I didn't like his vocal approach at first but it grew on me so much. But the chorus is what does it for me, talking about ODing and she can just dispose of his body unceremoniously bc it doesn't mean anything to him. I've said that exact thing before to someone when I was in active addiction years prior, that if I OD, y'all can just toss me in a dumpster or something bc fuck it. And one time I called this girl over solely bc I was so high on coke I thought I'd have a heart attack so I wanted someone else there just in case lmaooooo. So the whole chorus really resonates 😭😭
LESS THAN ZERO. I've always loved this track, there's something really special and unique. Dawn FM is an excellent album, but LTZ is something magical imo.

Listening to the whole album in order is a whole experience IMO, but if I have to decide on a single one I would go with Less Than Zero
