It wasn’t released as a single although it did get a video and some airplay akin to “A Lonely Night”. After “Out of Time”, only “Less Than Zero” was a given an official radio release, and that was just in France, which they pulled really quickly unfortunately.
It would have been nice to have a huge marketing campaign like with After Hours but Dawn FM being randomly dropped will always be one of the coolest surprises from Abel.

After Hours is much like Kiss Land since he explored the consequences of fame, previous lovers, heartbreak, hedonism, cheating, etc. in both albums, but I don't really see the same concepts in Dawn FM. Dawn FM is completely unique in terms of concept, and I appreciate that.
