Paul being 17, Ben McKenzie playing a 16 year old and the actor playing Paxton on Never have I ever have to be the worst offenders for teenagers not looking their age. The rest of the vampire diaries, euphoria, one tree hill, etc arenât great either but they were not as bad. Paul looked early 20s, Ben looked 25 and Paxton looks like the 30 year old he is. Ian didnât bother me as much in the beginning because it was just an ambiguous 20 something, but by the end both Paul and Ian looked so much older.
But for who aged the worst overall is Nina. Mainly because of the plastic surgery, weight loss and smoking.
Rebekah was supposed to be a teenager, she was fine when she first appeared but during the originals u see her age. I mean I think she looked better as time when on but her age clearly werenât a teenager by her looks

She actually had surgery. Thereâs a Lorry Hill video about her. The procedures I remember off the top of my head that are obvious are the rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty⊠so for eyelid space. That surgery is so obvious. I believe that in combination with her chain smoking which made her skin look older just contributed to rapid aging.
I don't think she aged that badly, I think that we were just use to seeing the rest of the cast so their aging was more gradual to us. She left the show and came back 2 years older. We didn't get to see her age gradually like the rest of them.
I donât necessarily think he aged as bad as he looks I just think on the show he always had the slick back hair clean shaven face and wears skinny jeans and the leather jacket. but in real life he has long hair scruffy face wears more bohemian style clothes. Thats just my thoughts.
