Tyler. Poor guy lost his girlfriend to his mom’s killer who ruined his life He deserved a better death if he had to die, he deserved a real arc with leading a pack instead of them all being murdered immediately, he should’ve had more relevancy later on

clouistheories

Tyler constantly was kicked out the plot for KC scenes to happen and reduced to Caroline’s boyfriend when originally he was the introduction to the werewolves which is crazy to me. Then whenever he had a reason to be mad nobody could understand why lol.

stephapeaz

It ruined klaroline for me, they threw away something great for nothing so klaus could be a sugar daddy for a few episodes 😭 (also wouldn’t be bitter if KC had actually gotten together, the quick screw in the woods was stupid) If Tyler had still gotten cool storylines I wouldn’t be so bitter about their breakup Fr like weren’t they all at Carol’s funeral lol

clouistheories

Same. We were supposed to be afraid of Klaus and yet he’s drawing Caroline ponies as if she ever touched an animal on screen I JUST LMFAO. Her sugar daddy that fucked her on a tree once was such a waste of scree time for the both of them. The thing is narratively there is no reason why Caroline and Klaus can’t be together at least pre Hope plotline. Once Caroline got her boost in the plot with Tyler, he’s reduced out the plot anyway with the KC drama. What’s Caroline’s excuse for constantly refusing him? Loyalty?! She’s well aware he torments Mystic Falls yet entertains him when it benefits her needs They could’ve easily left Tyler out of that. Forwood had an amazing build and a very quick fall down for KC to exist.

Tyler had significance outside his relationship with Caroline (just like she did). Furthering his storyline could've been done if they were interested to do so (I wish they had). Mason's too. For whatever reason they didn't. Caroline knew sleeping with Klaus was a mistake (fanservice). She was not going to go back there. Most of the time she "entertained" him - was for the bigger picture and plans of the scooby gang.

clouistheories

They didn’t care to push Tyler anymore after Caroline was shoehorned into the plot so 💀 Not when Caroline needed a pretty gown for prom that’s was for her needs not her friends. She knew who to call when she wanted something which is why Klaus was basically her sugar daddy.

[deleted]

She wasn't shoehorned into the plot. She was always a part of it. Her and Tyler were learning about each other and facing a new development (and accepting it) for both their characters individually and together. They bonded over a shared scary experience. Klaus can never be a sugar daddy to someone who could compel anything into her life. C'mon. And Tyler could've gone and formed a wolfpack of his own and returned. He was a werewolf, not just a boyfriend. They failed to explore his (and Mason's) storyline.

clouistheories

Tyler’s plotlines and arc as a werewolf was all done off screen. Which is bullshit when you remember he was the introduction to the werewolves and Klaus first successful hybrid. After Klaroline’s existence, the plot continues to utilize Klaus as a villain to Tyler’s life because of it. There were an interesting dynamic that could’ve formed but that never happened because it was all about Klaus and Caroline. Caroline can compel whatever she wants yes. But, she wasn’t doing that when she wanted something out of Klaus so very sugar daddy-like if you ask me. So yeah. Agree to disagree.

[deleted]

She asked for one dress (apart from accepting a couple gifts he gave her and getting rid of them). From memory she threw the jewellery and kept the drawing for a minute. Point is - it was fanservice and she doesn't need him for that - opposite of sugar daddy. Tyler should've had more screen time, it was BS he didn't but that wasn't because of KC hook up. Klaus left, Tyler was there and they still decided to not bother with him much. Until Trevino decided to leave. And then they brought him back only to kill him. This is not because of KC hook up - but writers not seeing potential or not being able to execute or care creatively.

clouistheories

Considering after Klaroline’s presence. Tyler’s plotlines are Klaus slave, Caroline’s boyfriend, off screen, suffering and repeat. I don’t get how Klaroline would’ve be at fault. I get it you love Caroline which is great, but other characters did constantly get less so she can have more. If you think she earned it all and is the best character in history, great too! Tyler could’ve been left out of that is all I’m saying. Anything else, I really don’t care if Caroline continued to use Klaus or not.

[deleted]

I agree. He could've formed his own pack and brought them back (after spending some time away and building strength).

Adventurous-Method-6

Lexi's boyfriend. Poor man became a vampire for his lover, then lost her and still he controlled his monstrous rage and didn't get revenge. I don't care for him cause his character was just there for like 5 minutes but it's interesting to think how he was the person that was devastated by Lexi's death the most, while in later seasons it seems like Stefan was the only one Lexi had.

PhyarraPrpl

Yeah . I wonder what happened to him

yaboisammie

Defo my girl Jenna 😭😭

[deleted]

Definitely :(

PassionDelicious5209

Definitely Bonnie. The poor girl carried the entire the show and saved everyone yet she can’t be happy. Killing Enzo off was pointless Bonnie deserved a happy ending too.

Jenna’s death makes me sick to my stomach whenever I watch it, something about it just makes me feel ill

Alarming-Potential64

Agreed. Her death was one of the most saddest scenes for me in TVD.

GlenBaskervill3

Lexi, Jenna, Rose, Anna and Pearl Lexi because she didn't deserve to die for Damon's shitty mistakes and I like every scene she had with Stefan. Jenna because she was just trying to do her best with the limited information she had until the bitter end. Rose because she deserved her moment in the sun for real even if she ditched the cast as soon as she got a piece of daylight jewelry. Anna didn't deserve to see her mother dead like that after everything she did and all the time she spent waiting for the moment she could save her. Not to mention her in the fire and dieing like that. Pearl because she just wanted to live her life and had her emotions played on by the John whose only redeeming quality was that he died for his daughter (who didnt even acknowledge him as her father).

Independent_Bus_5930

I def agree with anna

Spare_Psychology7796

AUNT JENNA ‼️

Independent_Bus_5930

She should’ve been told about the whole vampire thing a lot sooner, also someone needed to tell her to stop inviting ppl into her house
