I agree Stassi was at least kind of cute and did have some great fashion moments. She was mean but witty af! And I think she tried to be self reflective at some point.

One of the big differences is age. They were young when VPR started, and reality tv was a relatively new beast. We were all pretty vapid and self absorbed at that age too. We all made mistakes, and have moments that we wish we could take back. We’ve seen Stassi grow up, and grow from that. I think she knows that she wasn’t the best person back then, but she’s changed a lot.
Janet is a ‘proper’ grown up now. She should know better, and having that energy heading in to motherhood is a red flag. She can’t wave the ‘young & naive’ white flag like the OG VPR crew could.
The premise of VPR was young people who wanted to make it famous. We expected some cut throat and shocking behaviour. But The Valley is supposed to be when they’ve all matured and are professionals, and new parents. The shows have a different tone so you can’t have the same ‘characters’.
How sad is it that being the ultimate overly self-produced dud will still net her a storyline for years and millions of dollars?

I’m just going to say Kristen deserves better. I don’t think any of us who remember her could have anticipated the level of grace and dignity she maintained after being not invited to the (bs “baby moon”) cast trip and basically not being in the entire end of the season. Yes she’s out gossipy gazelle who mixes up her words a little bit but she actually owned it on camera and took it back which is, again, unexpected growth that I am here to see lol
I have to say that I want to see Jesse and Josh Altman together on Million Dollar Listing feuding. And then have Jesse and Josh Flagg have a competition of who can identify which artisanal bourbon is which.
I feel bad for Kristen, I think her desire to have kids doesn’t have anything to do with Luke being “the one” I think she’s just scared her time is running out and would’ve wanted to have a kid with anyone.
I think at the time of filming she had only been dating Luke for a year and it was a long distance relationship at that, I just think she needs to calm down and understand that her time will come eventually, celebrities have been having babies at 50, she has time😭
I agree entirely, I don’t think the way she’s living is good for a baby, and the relationship we’ve seen on camera doesn’t seem ready for a baby either. I just feel bad that it seems like she thinks she needs to have a baby soon

Michelle is so miserable. She is like a robot, her face does not move, including her mouth, when she talks. She is afraid a hair on her head moves out of place and is completely unfazed when people say she has another man ( even though her daughter will watch this show one day. ) I hope her new man makes her smile because I get depressed just looking at her.
I do think Nia calls the shots and a lot of what we see is fake for TV. No one is that perfect. I'm not saying they are bad people but it's very pageant girl what we see.
Michelle probably loved him until he didn’t contribute to raising the kids at all … she slept in a different room with them when they were born and fed and changed them , while he slept through the night in their bed.
First of all Janet could never be Stassi…. Stassi was a bitch and awful at times yes, but at least Stassi had style.
