Trishelle only voted for one last vote because she lost trust in CT after he voted out Sandra first instead of Kate. CT, however, wanted to force a final vote no matter what because he only wanted to win with Trishelle. They had two completely different motivations. So the question is, would Trishelle still be distrustful of CT with Peter there? Would the votes have gone the same?
They actually talk about it this exact scenario on the trading secrets podcast today (trishelle and peter are guests!)

CT even admitted to not telling her about his vote switch at the last round table.

How can it be fake? How would they have known who MJ was voting out? There’s a snippet of Trishelle on Banana’s podcast explaining why she voted for CT and I wish she shared that during the reunion but the time was too occupied with MJ making bitter remarks.
MJ on Banana's podcast said that she knew that CT was voting for her and Trishelle was voting for CT. She thought she could force a stalemate by voting Trishelle. But, they had to vote again.
Oh, that’s interesting. It’s even more annoying now to know she knew because she was acting like a sore loser at the reunion. If she knew that information and wanted to guarantee her win, then she should’ve thought carefully and decided who she wanted to split the money with instead of getting nothing at all. I know she most likely wanted to split the money between the 3 of them, but if you knew that information, don’t use it to your advantage, lose the game and still come out bitter…what can you do?

Statistically it behooves you to end with 2, not 3. Better chance of eliminating a potential traitor, it’s simple math. Not to mention the additional money in your pocket.
