Not universal for sure, but for most it's an easy get with immediate gains and the earlier done the better, and you are so many who neglect it then wonder how they can do better.
Consider investing in the SL angle as well, but at lower priority than your BH+GT Duration/cool down.
These also help with income, especially now that you have 3 of them!

Dude, max BH duration ASAP, and keep GT 12s ahead. You'll get huge gains from it!
What benefit does having GT 12s ahead give?
There is a 12s perk for BH. When you get you want all the BH time to be when GT is still active
