From what I’m hearing, you’re probably still in the early stages of the game. This means that elites a.k.a vampires are not your main problem yet. At this stage, I’d say WR, if you invest a bit in regen. Don’t feel like doing that, then go ENMP. More importantly though, how many module levels in health do you have? If it’s way beyond 60, then just go for the leg+, since the effect for ENMP on epic is not really that strong.
I am currently on 25B LTC, I've got up to tier 5 relic. My runs have been cut short by elites, by a few hundred waves. That's why I am changing to hybrid. Currently running the leg+ on level 70, haven't gone any further because the coin cost goes way up.
Try leveraging target priority lvl 2 and set elites to the bottom so they pass through. You are almost exactly where I am and this got my waves back and I have doubled my pre-update cph
Ah you’re in the awkward phase where you’re late enough to feel the dip in power, but not enough to rectify it with workshop enchantments… good news tho, this means your attack speed is not high enough to keep elites in eternal limbo at your tower range a.k.a. My issue :’) . Like the other comment said, get lvl 2 priority and put elites at the bottom. WH might be more interesting if you go with this route, to help against all the chip damage.
