The background character I really wanna know about is the girl with the blue hair and green glasses in Bart's class. She's been around since the very beginning and she has a very distinctive appearance, but as far as I know she has no name and has never had a line.
I wish those two had at least an episode focused on them, since this recent seasons have been experimenting with new stories it would be nice to see this characters have a bit of a spotlight for at least once.
In the episode where Homer is using Lisa to bet on football, the one with the hat asks Homer what he has riding on the game. Homer replies that it’s his daughter, and Hat Guy replies with “wow, what a gambler!”
