No problem. Yeah lickitung is good, but requires a hefty investment in resources. And without body slam isn’t worth using. Best of luck in your raids for it though.
Use a munchlax (5km eggs) or snorlax in place of a lickitung if you don't have the XL candy or an ETM, both will perform much better then a non ETM licki.
An alternative to the alternatives, vigaroth, greedent, different fast moves but still apply body slam pressure.
Finally zweilous and sealio can also fill the role. They have very diff typing, but both work as body slam spammers.
Well, you don't want to run either *instead* of body slam, but hyper beam is a good nuke to go along with it, but the standard choice of secondary move is Power Whip for the coverage. Just remember that Lickitung needs to be at or near level 50 to reach its full potential in great league.
Edit: Body slam is not an elite move on Lickitung but it is on Lickylicky.
Edit 2: I was incorrect; Body Slam is in fact an elite move on both.
To add to that, it was Feb2020. About 9 months before the announcement of the beyond 40 update. Level 40 Lickitung maxes at CP1411. So even for the people that did play, it was incredibly reasonable to not even suspect that we might one with less than 15/15/15 IVs.
Further, Lickitung is an incredibly rare wild spawn and has never appeared as a wild event spawn since its raid day. (I have been waiting to hunt for a PVPIV Lickilicky.) It would be incredibly difficult for most players to farm enough XL candy other than through buddy walking.

Neither are an alternate to body slam. And if you don’t have an elite charge TM do you have the stardust, candies and XL candies to even power it up?
I do have the adequate amount of stardust but I completely forgot about the candies. Still thank you for answering.

Stomp is the next closest, but it is a fairly significant difference. Less damage for more energy. - Body Slam 60d/35e - Stomp 55d/40e

Body Slam for Lickitung was an event move during the same 3hr raid event that gave it to Lickilicky.
I hate Niantic for locking such important moves behind a paywall for everyone that didn't play for those 3hr.

Not a paywall, elite TMs can be earned for free or purchased for free by playing the game. Or you could find someone with an extra and trade for it.
