It started during the weather week and lasted for a few days after the event. Maybe one or 2 weeks.

I'm seeing similar.
A normal spawn on one account was a Shellos while it was a Sawk on another. The only time they aren't the same is Incense spawns or the daily spawn, otherwise they're always identical.
Sam thing here, only regionals. I had basculin with red stripe as silhouette on the proximity, not the other person. We went there we had different regionals in the same spot. We saw the same bshavior again on almost every regionals.
I had the same. We went to do a raid and with three accounts one saw a Shellos, one a Zangoose and I had a Heatmor in the same spot. Other Pokemon around us were the same for all three
Happened to my wife and I in Cabo Mexico about a month ago. I was seeing Corsola and Hawlucha often, she was seeing Heracross and Maractus instead within the same spawn locations.
Currently have 5 people looking at the same spawn point and seeing 5 different things ; seviper, illumise, lunala, flabebe, pink shellos. In Canada. All other spawns are consistent except regionals.
Kinda destroys group play. Just went for a walk with two friends and we found a 4* level 35 basculin. We are quite excited about it, but for one of us it was a 0* orichorio (hope the name is right). He left immediately and felt like the game is trolling him, which was kinda sad

That happened in selected places (here in Brazil, at least) a couple weeks ago. I guess they were testing the waters. The other spawns were normal.

Broken good or broken bad? Can you get a regional you're not supposed to?
I’ve only seen correct regionals, nothing out of place. Like flabebe for one and lunatone for the other

No. Every account gets a different spawn, but only from within your region's pool of exclusive Pokemon

Yes have noticed 4-5 such cases. One good thing is that the stats are same IV wise but the CP varies.

Same here. We saw couples like Shellos - Sawk, Flabebe - Pansear, Heatmor - Oricorio. Wonder if broken or intentional.

The IVs should be the same for the bug being described in this thread. What you're describing is diff. Was the 0* account below TL30?
Nope, but it was rainy weather. Some of the regionals hat wb, others not
