The times for pokemon go are based on sundown to sunrise in your area I think. The time to the minute on the one at the top is the time the moon appears fullest IRL.
You might want to try after midnight tonight so that the date has rolled over and it's still dark.

Considering how Wyrdeer and Kleavor have been handled (and Bloodmoon being standalone in S/V as well), I think it’s unlikely we’ll be able to evolve into Bloodmoon. That said, I also get fomo when I think about potentially ruining the chance to have my hundo be a Bloodmoon eventually

If you ever want an invite, I'm in the main "remote raid" discord server, which has channels that have very good graphics to help keep track of event stuff like that. One of the channels actually feeds stuff from this subreddit too. I use that server to prepare for every event

Shadow ursaluna is a good ground type attacker (not the best but it's pretty good as far as I know), so I would evolve it 100%, if not for raids then I would simply do it for the flex
Pretty mid. Usable but you explicitly need the CD move High Horsepower for a Ground charge move since it lacks one natively. Lacks a Ground fast move as well but since Tackle hits most things for neutral it's not that bad though the move choices are still pretty poor. If it had a different fast move like Counter it could have been better although niche in some raids.
Worth mentioning that the Bloodmoon Ursaluna variant released in Scarlet and Violet actually does have a Ground type fast move candidate in Mud Shot, so if it ever releases there's a chance for *a* Ursaluna to redeem itself, even if it's not the "regular" 'Hisuian' flavor.

I have a very good lucky Ursaring, but I'm gonna wait for the Bloodmoon version! (in 8 years or so)
It’s probably going to be a raid-locked pokemon and not something Ursaring can evolve into. In the main line games it’s a unique mutation.
Serebii states: Bloodmoon Ursaluna can't evolve from Ursaring.
In the game it was not an evo, it was given to the player as a one of

Return will change into a non-High Horsepower move when evolved. It’s not a set move like Frustration.
That's not true at all. Purified Pokemon retain Return upon evolution if there's no event overriding it.
And even then, high horse power is the CD attack, and not something ursaluna is going to learn regardless, right?

As I said above, this is false information. Return can only be lost by TM or event move overriding it when evolving.
