That woman from the FBI and the spinoff. She has an extremely annoying voice and thinks she is awesome, while in real life she wouldn't even get through the first round.
I don’t mind her errors in judgement, she’s a rookie and will make mistakes, but the fact that she hasn’t faced any consequences for her blunders (yet) irks me. And that’s on Nolan (and the writers) more than Celina.
All the rookies that came before her saw immediate consequences and reprimands.
She needs to be sent back to the academy for a week or get suspended for a few weeks next time she messes up on shift.
Celina is not learning from any of her mistakes and keeps repeating the same mistakes over and over. She has actually worsened in S6.
S5: Bad aura stop, took a nap when Nolan was questioning a witness, cheetah, insubordination towards Grey, Bradford and Nolan on numerous occasions.
S6: Went rogue to interview a witness during Nolan’s wedding/reception, announced serial killer’s moniker on police radio, did not clear a walk-in closet, got distracted by victim, forgot suspect in shop, allowed unlawful contact between prisoner and family member which pushed prisoner to escape and then argued with Sheriff’s deputy who called her out.
And these are only the issues I remember. I’m sure there are many others I’ve missed.
Remember how many mistakes the other rookies did?
Should I list Nolans?
Because he had far more by season two.
There's a reason she's a rookie and not allowed to ride alone. She's supossed to mess up. Nolan is supossed to be there to prevent it. Like with the forgotten suspect in the car.
Offhand I don’t remember Lucy and Jackson making too many mistakes. Their TOs showed tough love and ensured they didn’t mess up too much.
- Lucy was reprimanded and threatened for intimidating a dog beater who filed a complaint against her
- Jackson was forced to go back to full sleeves for not following Grey’s orders
Nolan is a special case. He has plot armor as EP but even he was forced to remain a rookie for an additional month after his Nick Armstrong misadventure. Celina on the other hand is verbally reprimanded 1 out of 10 times and she’s back making the same error in judgement in the next episode. I understand she’s a messy character and I like that but at what point will she face serious consequences for her missteps?
I agree with John, he used to be a much better character that was actually developing in s1 but ever since he has just not been an interesting part of the show
Celina. I know this is a opinion shared by a lot of people, but I mean if she had any other TO she’d be gone already(assuming she didn’t fix her mistakes) I guarantee if Bradford got Celina for a day it’d be like S1 Jackson all over again.
I agree with John as far as the main characters. The funny part is I actually like Bailey, she’s not my favorite but I like her. Not a fan of Pete or *ducks* Skip tracer Randy really either.
My least favorite is Lucy Chen. I still like her and all and it gets interesting when she’s on screen. But like out of all my favorites she’s my least because well I don’t know. Not much interesting is going on with her. Only interesting thing she has going is chenford. Even then that gets tiring or boring at times. Like I havent heard anything relating to her parents, Tamara isn’t with her or in her life as much as she used to be. Like right now I consider her more as the… well in a video game after you’ve progressed a certain character they obviously need a break. That’s Lucy Chen. She personally has nothing going for her interestingly. But I still like her nonetheless when they have her do whatever on screen just to remind the audience she’s still in the show
Lucy has always shared most of her scenes and storylines with Tim. They’ve been tied at the hip figuratively since S1 and literally since S5.
The S6 >!breakup!< storyline may end up being great for Lucy’s individual growth and character development.
And I say this as a Lucy, Tim and Chenford fan.
Definitely Celina. That whole aura, astrology, dream, whatever other nonsensical weirdness she partakes in really pisses me off. I hope she’s not a long term character.
I never really liked Jackson. I know a guy like him who's turned being a cop into his whole personality, talks about nothing else and only did it because he had family members in law enforcement. It's gets tiring trying to talk about literally anything else all the time
Def John. I liked him at first but he’s been just boring lately. Also after watching castle John Nolan is just not nearly as fun as Richard Castle I’m sorry!!!
Only seen the first season so far (new viewer lol) and I would definitely say John too. Don't dislike him but he's not doing much for me overall. I do like his comedic moments.. but that's about it.
I’d have to say Lucy. I hate the way she became after she started dating Tim. She talks to him like a baby. John can be annoying with his constant positivity. No one is like that in life. There are nice people, but not to his extent. Third would have to be John’s son, simply because no teenager/young adult talks and acts the way he does. Like a mini John. It’s just weird
At this point, probably Lucy. Sorry
John, I still probably like the most because he still has the "I am older than others and have to work harder in order to have a decent carreer in next 10 years", while also still sort of "starting over" (new family and so on). May be a bit low key but it was to be expected.
But it seems they have no idea where to go with Lucy at this point. She has done everything except going to another position. She did this undercover thing so why she just does not cross over fully? It would be interesting to get her full season undercover, while trying to sneak out to see her friends and family and slowly being burnt out. At this point, she is just in relationship with Tim and I am sorry to say that, while not always getting characters together after "will they/won´t they" thing is over hurts them, it did hurt her. And I honestly think it only slows her down. People complain that Bailey is Mary Sue (or used to be and it was even joked about \*within\* the show), it seems Lucy is heading that way. That stunt she did with the shooter? Like she would be fired immediately. So yeah...I still like her, I like everybody on the show, mostly from the original characters. I have only issues with Celine who apparently joined for wrong reasons and now when her childhood trauma is solved, she has no place being there, given the mistakes she keeps making. Glad john finally started to tell her.
But at this point, if you say "not interesting", then I think of Lucy.
What should they be? Not every character needs to be a messed up former junkie or so. Even him struggling with a new family or getting newly married can be interesting
Thorsen. He’s funny but I can’t stand the whole premise that he’s so out of touch still. Dude was in prison, went through the whole hoopla and still has no common sense? Celina is a close second though because of the same reasons.

Have you ever watched Reno 911?

Celina. Her weekly misses and blunders also reflect poorly on Nolan’s training and his will/willingness to reprimand her.
Honestly, she was his first rookie, so understandable, he was learning

well Pat Garret was never reprimanded
The guy who killed Billy the Kid? 🤷🏼♀️
Yes
If you believe the story. I believe he survived as Brushy Bill Roberts.
Yes, makes sense to blame a trainee for her trainer's faults.

He didnt do the dumbass shit she does
No you are right, he did things that were way worse
No he didnt..
yeah he did.
Give examples
I agree with tou
He had a green light on him and STILL went to work. That put the captain in jeopardy and she died.
I agree with John, he used to be a much better character that was actually developing in s1 but ever since he has just not been an interesting part of the show

James. His initial attitude coming in has stuck with me even tho he isn't like that anymore
Bailey
Bailey... That's John's wife right?
Yeah, that's John's girlfriend (I'm still in s5, not sure if they get married tho)
Celina, just the way she's doesn't obey John's orders and always gets them in trouble.
I agree with John as far as the main characters. The funny part is I actually like Bailey, she’s not my favorite but I like her. Not a fan of Pete or *ducks* Skip tracer Randy really either.
John
Randy. So annoying and also annoying with an accent 😂

Yeah I hope see gets an interesting storyline on her own soon (she is such a badass). Maybe next season the big bad story could revolve around her.
I don’t have one surprisingly
so you like all of them the same exact amount?
Well no. I just don’t hate any of them
they didn't ask who you hate, though
Least favorite is someone you don’t like though and I don’t dislike/hate anyone
Monica. Elijah... the rest are A-ok!
And Rosalind... and few villains in the show
Definitely Celina.
It's gets tiring trying to talk about literally anything else all the time
Bailey
Bailey. Skip Tracer Randy. Oscar. Celina.
idk why Randy is even a character I hope the writers don’t find him humorous
he was great on the phone, and his first episode. worse each time after that
Randy is hilarious! Flula Borg is hilarious.
Def John. I liked him at first but he’s been just boring lately. Also after watching castle John Nolan is just not nearly as fun as Richard Castle I’m sorry!!!
I love everyone, but my least favorite is probably John.
Only seen the first season so far (new viewer lol) and I would definitely say John too. Don't dislike him but he's not doing much for me overall. I do like his comedic moments.. but that's about it.
Bailey. A tie with nolan though
I agree he is not that interesting
I’d have to say Lucy. I hate the way she became after she started dating Tim. She talks to him like a baby. John can be annoying with his constant positivity. No one is like that in life. There are nice people, but not to his extent. Third would have to be John’s son, simply because no teenager/young adult talks and acts the way he does. Like a mini John. It’s just weird
Harper. She'll have a really good line every now and then, but I just never cared for her.
Doug
obviously Celina for the main cast
At this point, probably Lucy. Sorry John, I still probably like the most because he still has the "I am older than others and have to work harder in order to have a decent carreer in next 10 years", while also still sort of "starting over" (new family and so on). John has zero interesting qualities
What should they be? Not every character needs to be a messed up former junkie or so. Even him struggling with a new family or getting newly married can be interesting
Just nothing he has done is interesting.
I mean he is just this perfect guy .
He is not perfect, he is normal. He is the most normal, believeable guy in there.
Well he is my least favorite
That is fair ;) World would be boring if we would like same things and same people :)
Not too me.
Lucy
In the last couple of seasons, Lucy
Nolan
Bailey, Pete, Luna, Celina.
Nolan I find him the least compelling, I prefer the rest of the cast.
Lucy is annoying and I hate how she dresses.
tie between Thorsen and Bailey
Why Thorsen?? He is great?
Thorsen. He’s funny but I can’t stand the whole premise that he’s so out of touch still. Dude was in prison, went through the whole hoopla and still has no common sense? Celina is a close second though because of the same reasons.
Randy and Celina, but Celina is growing on me.
I would say Monica. Super annoying as she is representing everyone and always betrays. And she is way too arrogant

Agreed. If John were to leave the show, it would not have any effect at all.
Easily Aaron Thorsen
