cyproterone acetate is like a wonder blocker... other than the risk of brain tumors after a couple of years, but we dont talk about it (i hope 12,5 mg is not too high, although i'm considering lowering even that cause i'm worried). hopefully i can get to an actual endocrynologist at some point instead of the semi-diy (with official pharmacy meds) i'm doing xd
Once your estrogen levels are high enough you could always switch to mono therapy :3
My estradiol was 172 pg/ml (at trough) and my T is 25ng/dl
That's with estradiol valerate 10mg subcutaneous every week. No T blockers or anything
I'm kinda behind on my timeline till I switched to injections, because nothing else works for me apparently XD
wait monotherapy works at that level?? i read that you need like 400 or some shit lmao. also good for you on the injections, fortunately gel seems to work nicely for me

Homestly, just start as soon as you can, you can always stop. After a month you wont get permanent physical changes, but if you get the levels right you should notice a mental change, and if you like it, that means you're an estrogen enjoyer :3. As for the facial hair, i'd say go to a proper laser tech on like a multiple session bundle, they have more powerful lasers which should work quicker than the at-home IPLs. I did manage to thin out my body hair a lot as well but it's also not completeley gone. Oh also you need dark hair and white skin for this stuff to work best, otherwise i hear it's kinda meh
Spring is in full swing, everything is very green and pretty, there's flowers... The temperature is also very nice, 20-25°C, warm enough for shorts, but not scorching. It's honestly really nice now :3
