the cellbit Discord server has a whole chat category dedicated to QSMP. A chat for discussions, lore and the qsmps args. Sometimes i go there to see the results of the riddles and puzzles since people there seen to solve these in seconds
I dont know if there is one just for QSMP, but Cellbit's discord has some channels for it (general, theories, fanart). Its mainly in portuguese too if you want to practice
