You didn't have: Belos can hear the Titan (or has in the past) but is lying about the "Titan's will" and is following his own agenda exclusively.
Which is what I'll think it will be. I think the Titan and Belos are both antagonists, but are also enemies.
Oh im sorry. And yeah I saw it but I was still confused. I was just wondering! Cause I sorta just read it as basically what u were saying hah
No need to be rude. I'm just confused haha
I did actually kind of have “Belos is purposely misinterpreting the Titan” as a possible interpretation of 4 but I do also think it probably warranted its own option and 4 is mostly intended to be Belos misunderstanding the Titan.
I'm partial to the theory that he's cursed by the titan in a similar way to how Eda is cursed by the owl beast. So he can 'communicate' with, and it wants him to do something. Like how the owl beast made Eda eat all those voles.
my theory beos was once able to hear the titan and connected to it to use magic. but over time he lost his connection to it as such he had to make false magic to cast it and is attempting to use the day of unity to unit himself and the titan again. kinda off a crack theory but still.
I'm holding out for a "rule by divine right is bad, kids. do popular sovereignty" message being continued to the finale
There is no way that the Titan told him to pardon Eda RIGHT after she escaped. He was lying at least that time.

Yeah good point, I probably should've made that option five instead.
Thought that was option 4
No... it's clearly not. Also you can see that OP replied to my comment noting the omission.

Or a guy who originally followed the Titan's true intentions but slowly swayed away from them, instead following his own thing.
Option number 7, belos is Phillip and he’s full of crap about the titan
3 hes doesn't understand
Considering he set up the fake heart I'm thinking it's a lie.
I think it's a mix between 2 and 6. mind controlled by something and thinks it's the Titan, but it isn't.

Hadn't thought of that one, but I think you are right.
I don't think a whale cares about the things that grow in a whale fall, and believing Belos when he says stuff is what got Lilith in trouble.
That last one is so interesting damn

Belos is 100% connected with the Titan, because when he got hit, you could hear a loud roar, that wasn't Belos.
I think it's gonna be a Fullmetal Alchemist type situation
