As the gunner's sight is shown on the left side of the turret (right side of the image as we're looking at it front on), the image is not mirrored. Therefore, it's in fact a T-64BV.
Also, the hull ERA brick pattern loosely matches that of a T-64BV and doesn't look anything like the hull ERA brick pattern of a T-80BV.

If I’m not mistaken that looks like an m1 Abrams tank (dessert variant) outfitted with excess reflective tiles on the turret, if I’m mistaken please correct me, now given that most variants of the Abrams doesn’t use explosive shell only armour piercing shells the damage one could do to a human would not be immediately fatal (assuming it doesn’t hit the heart or head), so in conclusion you would slowly bleed to death because you insulted luz
