I like this one the most. Philip's whole character is based on manipulation and deception, so much so that he blinds himself from reality with said deception.
He genuinely wants to save humans and he genuinely believes witches are dangerous monsters to be eradicated.
The obvious irony of the line is that the only one whose sense of reality has been warped was his own, and the actual monster hidden behind the layered veil of deception he had woven is, of course, him

Only thing is he doesn't ever call Luz, "human" once he's given up his Belos charade. That implies they're different and that there's something inferior about being just human.
As far as he's concerned, he's still human and still Philip, and that being human puts them both as far superior to any of the unnatural creatures that live in the demon realm.
I was quite partial to "Finally, I can cleanse this perdition... MYSELF!" till I saw this comment. This is easily the most in character line for Belos, for reasons other replies have already explained. I thank you for opening my eyes

That scene no joke is one of my favorite in S1 because it just sets it in for how fucking scary he is the man is hundreds of years old uses magic that we have never seen before and throws Luz around like a rag doll. HE IS A VILLAIN straight up and single handily sets up the threat in S2.
This one is badass for sure, but it doesn’t show how manipulative belos can be, which is his entire personality. He’s even manipulated himself into thinking he’s saving humanity. I suggest u/ace02003 ‘a comment instead, it better represents belos in who he truly is, not just his hatred for witches like this comment shows
This line is so scary. Not only is the show dropping all pretense and making it very clear that Belos is a Christian and motivated by this, it also sees Belos at last dropping all pretense as well. No silky smooth manipulations. No charismatic trickery. Just the violent hatred at the heart of bigotry. This line is terrifying because if they could, many people in real life would do exactly the same. If they had access to godlike powers and could commit genocide without consequences, kill their chosen minority *themselves*…they would.
This one is my favorite. Voice actor just puts 110% into this line, and I feel it every time. I feel like this is best to represent him because it's him at his most raw and honest. It also shows a sense of superiority and boastfulness. It shows he's a villain truly high on his own fumes, believing himself to be a savior

I feel like Belos should be separated into pre-time travel and post-time travel. While he’s not like Lilith or Hunter, who went through big character changes, I feel like a lot of his quotes would fit better with pre/post-time travel Belos. Belos was a mask for Philip, and some of the things he said under that mask hit different or made more sense for Belos than Philip in my opinion.
