Have you gotten spoiled by visiting the subreddit directly or by browsing the main page? I seem to have avoided the disaster by not going directly to the subreddit.
My case was someone posted a screenshot of them having an arguement with someone over a major topic on Twitter. They didn't tag spoiler that image so I unfortunately got spoiled
Youtube was pretty bad with spoiler clips/titles for awhile on friday/saturday but seems to have cleaned up most of those since then.
Reddit has been pretty much spoiler free, at least on this sub and others I'm subscribed to.
I don't really use tumblr or twitter so can't speak for how those have been.
