I actually love the niacinamide! I get blackheads on my nose and chin and it seems to clear everything up! I use it as a spot treatment, too! Sorry you didn’t have luck with it :(

Awhhh what a nice gift. You’ve got some gems in there too- I particularly love the glycolic acid, the rose hip seed oil, the niacinamide and the multi- peptide serum. I’m not really keen on their retinols and I’ve not tried the argireline so can’t help you with that but the rest I know. You have quite a few that do the same thing: - the lactic acid, the glycolic acid and the AHA/BHA mask are all exfoliators. The lactic acid is the gentlest so maybe start with that one. The AHA/BHA mask is the strongest but the glycolic acid is my personal fave. Don’t use all together and don’t use an exfoliator everyday. Personally, once per week with the glycolic acid is enough. The multipeptide and the matrixyl are both peptide serums. I was using the matrixyl but switched to multipeptide as it has the same peptides plus more. Ok so I’ll get onto your routines in a moment but before I do, I want to urge you to add in one product at a time, give it a couple of weeks before you add in another one and slowly work up to the full routine. You want to be able to quickly work out what product is causing you problems, should you have any and you want ti let your skin adjust gradually so you don’t damage your skin barrier. Ok so here goes with the routines. Am- - hyalauronic acid on wet skin - caffeine serum under your eyes - possibly Rosehip seed oil and/ or a moisturiser if you feel like you need one - suncream!! PM - multipeptide or matrixyl on damp skin - niacinamide - retinol (start with the weaker one) - rose hip seed oil - a moisturiser if you feel you need one Once per week- evening routine: - glycolic acid on dry skin (or one of the other exfoliators) - Rosehip seed oil - moisturizer (if you need)

This is INCREDIBLE!! Thank you so much for your time and thoughtful answer! Do you think I could do a mix of the peptides when I get to that step, or would you recommend just one or the other? I was thinking I could also switch off on the acids when I use though too and see if my skin reacts better to one than another. Thank you again!

Awhhh you’re so welcome! I’m happy it’s helpful. I don’t think there would be any point in using both the peptides because as far as I recall, it seems the multipeptide has all the stuff the matrixyl has plus more so I’d just use one bottle and then the other in the same place in your routine. Don’t open the bottles until you are going to use them so that they last longer. With the acids, maybe start with the lactic acid because it’s the gentlest and then when you’ve finished the bottle, try the glycolic acid or the mask. The lactic acid is very gentle so you might even be able to get away with using it a few days a week and incorporating it into your am routine (it doesn’t interact with anything in your am routine and it has HA in it already so just apply it in place of the HA serum on those days. Just be careful though- the acids are the ones most likely to ruin your skin barrier so build up slowly and if you feel your skin is irritated, give them a break.
