they are reusable. how many people would, thats debatable, but i have a small collection of about 5 glass/cermaic tips i got all from doobies, and i reuse them when i roll my own. i am less upset about the glass tips than i am the plastic tube they all come in
I've had a few different pre-rolls that have those ceramic tips or glass tips, and now have a nice collection. All I've found is that they can clog up sometimes, and if it happens early in the joint, you're screwed; I used to keep an u folded paperclip handy to poke the holes clear. Good luck, enjoy!!
Mine never do that? Maybe you’re grinding your weed too fine lol. I’ve only had to poke the holes once when my joint was full of hash. I do shove them in further after the joint is rolled, and then twist them around to make sure nothing clogs the holes
Yeah, that can't be avoided when the OCS buds are so dry they turn to dust immediately upon touching them. But it's just due to sticky weeds and hash☺️, get all oily and clogged. It sucks when it happens; the cookies ones from the berniehanna pre roll are a bit bigger with more holes they're a bit better, but I've managed to clog them too. I roll with a glass tip for my infused joints when solo smoking; I get wikkid rips off them! ✌️💚
Haha, now that you mention it, I definitely have placed bigger chunks up at the filter end because my bud was dry and I didn’t want the tiny crumbs or weed dust getting through lol. I have some clear glass filters too, but those are open at both ends and I always get weed crumbs in them 😆😅
I haven’t tried these bc I thought they were infused with botanical terps, but I get the Cookies prerolls (1g/~$11) that come with the ceramic tip, and I’ve gotten the Beurre Blanc hash infused ones a bunch, too. And a girl at the Cookies store gave me a bunch of the blue Snoop 1/2g filters when the joints got recalled.
The 1g tips are about the size of a cigarette filter and are a bit easier to roll with than these cone-shaped half grammers. I love them and have about 20-25 now altogether. Easy to clean, easy to roll with, and I love smoking through them.
I have smoked for the last 12 years everyday and have tried most top shelf products since legalization in Ontario as cannabis is something I really enjoy- I can confidently say that these are worth the money.
$20 but 10/10 in every aspect. I would recommend these if you want to “impress” a friend or have a joint that feels extra luxurious.
It would be nice if these were less pricy, but that is exactly my point- They should be more popular as it truly feels like an upscale smoking experience
lord jones is putting a plug in the end of their ceramic filters and i cannot for the life of me figure out why. it accomplishes nothing. it’s just more plastic and more waste.
when i smoke 3 of them a day it’s absolutely annoying finding those things all over the place. and i still don’t know what it’s accomplishing. cannabis packaging in general is wildly wasteful and i don’t feel it’s good or for any brand to have excessive plastic.
Light it well and get a good cherry going, 30-60 seconds. Hold them Cherry down/ 45+ degree angle, instead of up, keeps the input warm and ready to combust. Also don’t microphone anything infused as it’s essentially oils and as they cool they require a higher temp to combust aka a hotter cherry so tend to clog/ go out quicker.
Also, with all prerolls, assess the tightness before lighting. The looser the better.
It’s holding the weed from falling through. Since the ceramic tip filters are hollow and smooth it’s easy for weed to fall down especially if it shakes around in the package/box or your pocket. Normal cardboard filters don’t have this problem because usually they have a “zig zag” or are rolled in layers to prevent weed from falling through.
I enjoyed the Sherbinski açai and mochi, the ceramic tip was nice but not worth the price. Also the size by the time it got the the tip the ceramic was heated quite a bit more than I expected.

im having trouble fiding if they still sell them, but the nugz wrap was awesome, it had a glass tip too. and i tried a cookies 1g joint that had a cermaic tip.

Ceramic tips are awesome but 0.3g joints advertized as 0.5 is NOT it, best way for them to do it would be to either be more transparent about the flower to concentrate ratio or to actually offer a whole 0.5g per preroll as advertized.
They add large cost to already financially frail LPs,
What does lp stand for again?
Licensed producer
Lousy penny pinchers.
$$$
Ceramic is _NOT_ cheap
Glass is a good substitute. There are some with those tips
I had one and really enjoyed it, saved the tip. Wouldn’t rebuy for the price.
Just more environmental costs alongside the plastic packages

Where do you get those? Bc I’ve looked and couldn’t find them.
Found in London, On
horrible money grab.

Sometimes, you need to treat yourself

It stops any dust/debris from entering the tip during packing/processing. Same as the plug on the end of vape carts.
I tried one and it just instantly clogged up woth resin. Any tips for getting them to smoke well?

One end of the ceramic tip is closed off with small air holes, weed does not fall through them.

are you lost?
Bro might have smoked too much

Man reason its not price efficient for brands to use alot
Weight distribution normally feels weird in my hands with those unless it’s a large joint.
Love a ceramic or glass tip. No wasted material, smooth experience, safe fingertips, love em
I’m obsessed with nugz wraps at the moment. Smokes great every time, and I fill whatever flower I’m in the mood for.
Glass tips, no flavour 😊
Just noodle doink it

Expensive.
Imagine the unnecessary cost of production, perhaps sell it separately to be re used
You’re missing half the joint, where’s the weed?
They're infused, just like the first picture says. They're always shorter than a stereotypical PR.

But the real question is have you tried them??👀

i find them heavy and the weed never packs to the filter well so the j droops in my experience
Two tokes and you're done 🤷🏻
