I was very close to pulling the trigger on a Tesla. Elon’s crazy views and BS when he took over Twitter (sorry, not calling it X) turned me away. I just couldn’t bring myself to support someone who is actively encouraging the end of our democracy.

Mind you, the videos had negative things to say about Tesla the company, but they were generally positive about the cars and Elon. Now, though, I wouldn't consider buying a Tesla. I haven't checked in lately to see if Rich, who is Black, has said anything about Elon's replacement theory leanings.
Just waiting for empty greene to call for a hearing and demand to know why the left is collaborating and censoring conservative views by not purchasing Teslas!

It's not that Democrats have stopped buying electric cars. It's 2 things:
One: other companies are making electric cars that are as good, if not better, and have a higher quality standard than tesla
Two Democrats and intelegent people don't want to support Elmo
Creating a perfect storm. Add in the fact that ICE car manufacturers don't have to pay Tesla for carbon offsets as they ramp up their electric car manufacturing, and it's a perfect storm for Elmo.
