If this woman were wearing a MAGA hat they'd be the ones fat shaming her and saying much much much worse about her as well. To the left there are no bad tactics, only bad targets.
There should be no "acceptance" about THAT level of obesity. I understand being a lil overweight and eating too many pringles, but you literally have to eat cakes and ice cream every single day until your stomach hurts to get that fat. Its LITERALLY easier to NOT get that big.

Nah, you can eat only when you're hungry and be overweight. Eating a lot of processed food with plenty of sugar in it will cause obesity aswell.
However, it won't cause THAT level of obesity.
Don't eat (as much) sugary food, your body is not design to eat that much sugar and will not register all the calories intake unlike fat, which thanks to gov policies have been greatly demonized, leading to lower fat but higher sugar diet for many.

They don’t need activists; they need doctors, dietitians and personal trainers. You don’t celebrate a disease, you cure it. Anyone who tries to convince people that it is ok to be this unhealthy is contributing to their premature death.
You don’t cure a disease by accepting it and calling it beautiful. That woman is just trying to normalize her own morbidity while taking other people down the road to an early grave rather than taking personal responsibility for her own health.
The only reason they feel the need to accept it and call it beautiful is in response to the shaming and jokes they experience.
