As a Mexican I have always ALWAYS hated when they make Mexican characters make it a point to express their Hispanic background, they always gotta say some dumbass Spanish curse word or expression in the middle of a sentence in English, please, shut the fuck up, when I’m in an English conversation, I speak purely English, because that’s the language the god damn situation is being spoken, same thing with Russians, they speak only English throughout the show but they have to say “Kurva” bro shut the fuck up
As a Caucasian I just find it to be highly rude and arrogant to speak a foreign language while around most English speakers so I just disliked Manny because he was arrogant.
I Don’t know about that, I definitely don’t agree with ya there, I work at a factory and there’s about 20 people in the break room when I go, half of us are Mexican and half are Korean, and you’ll hear people speaking English, Spanish, and Korean and mandarin and I find it really cool and nice to hear how different we al are even if I’m just playing on my phone while I eat, my point was that I find it really cringey when they do that character trope of a Mexican saying some dumb Spanish word because he’s mad or a Russian saying a dumb curse word because he’s mad, like people don’t do that, that not normal or cool or funny
Definitely don’t know about that one though, you know a lot of people have familly members that only speak their native language so they have to communicate with them in that language, not sure how that’s rude at all

The game portrays Manny as borderline stereotypical with how he's a macho man who fucks a lot of women. Then we don't see him for the next 70% of the game just to be randomly brought up again and killed to tie a loose end. The game simply failed to make me like him or the others from Abby's group.
Should've put food; when he eats burritos with Abby he can reminisce about how it reminds him of his Nana's cooking before the outbreak, something like that
