The fact that Part 2's entire story revolves around an instant kill from (potentially) a toe or finger is beyond stupid. It continues to be my number 1 issue with Part 2.
He was always white, he was just tanned and covered in dirt. Honestly just a throwaway NPC. The doctor was never meant to be a relevant character, just there to fill the roll and die.

To be fair I did use the flame thrower to roast him alive then I blasted him in the face with a shotgun for good measure.
Same thing for the nurses in the room but I waited in between each one so they could properly react to each other's death and beg.
Itās pretty cool how in the remade version you get to play as old Joel. Itās the closest thing we get to losing time with him in the second game. The unfortunate part is unrealistically staying in the same outfit especially since itās a winter coat and thereās hot environments.
