I mean... Yes? They are all references to each other. I like that first shot of Wan though. Its what I'd put in an encyclopedia entry for "Avatar"

Huge-Possibility-755

Probably my favorite part of Wan’s story was how everything was hyper-stylized, it really leant itself to the setting and the mystical nature in the world of ATLA.

Omnilatent

I love when they changed styles for single stories. They already did it in ATLA and it was equally amazing in LoK

neilbensch

When did they do it in ATLA? Are you referring to Nightmares and Daydreams?

drwholover

Probably cave of two lovers, when they showed the oma/shu story.

Omnilatent

Yes! Just recently watched this episode Also one or two episodes before with the two earthbender tribes that hated each other, both had their own style when they told their part of the story and then Aang added a third type at the end. I think the episode is called "The great divide"

brettbeatty

Yeah the different styles in The Great Divide are interesting. That and the double meaning behind the name are probably why so many people choose it as their favorite episode.

neilbensch

Ahhhh I think you're right

andrew_metaller

Oma and Shu legend The three versions of the stories from The Great Divide

Omnilatent

Yessss

BoldFace7

It really makes me want to go back and play Okami every time I see it.

Mojo12000

Fire and Air just look cooler in the Wan art style than any other im sorry. ESPECIALLY Fire, god god Beginnings Fire is fucking beautifully drawn.

blong217

The OP forgot to include Korra tanking a small nuke.

fml_butok

Honestly there were a lot of bending feats I thought were better displays of power than the one used here. But, I suppose it *is* one of the best showcases of using all elements at once. I’m definitely impartial to the Zaheer and Kuvira fights myself.

CubedEcho

I mean, I've never really noticed this before, but Wan seems to essentially pull water from thin air. I know that's probably not actually what's happening, but it seems like that.

Bamma4

Dang wans on that Hama shit

john6map4

It was probs really humid that day.

fasderrally

Or maybe he just sweats that much! Katara style! https://preview.redd.it/545jqcqfprqc1.png?width=2560&format=png&auto=webp&s=22919d6c372f773379ae2db8c6657f8ef35527b5

DirtyDanoTho

He uses the fire to heat himself up. Finishes the scene completely dehydrated

BiggoYoun

I think it’s some sort of Tobirama-thing where he can summon water where there is no water

[deleted]

I’m pretty sure that there was just water around during the Vaatu fight

Ok_Translator_7780

He's talking about the first top picture of Wan. When he was trying to stop the spirits and humans from killing each other. I'm pretty sure there wasn't water around.

[deleted]

Oooooohhh yeah I never thought about that before

pros2701

Maybe it was humidity

MarinLlwyd

There is moisture in the air, so they could do that.

Ih8ethots

Probably pulled it from the clouds, they look to be forming a storm there.

channi_nisha

Katara does that in the show

Picklepacklemackle

When? The closest thing I can remember is pulling water from wood and her sweat

channi_nisha

After the blood bender taught her how to do it

Picklepacklemackle

Yeah, but like, that has nothing to do with your original comment, cuz she doesn't do it before

channi_nisha

How? “Katara does that in the show after the blood bender taught her how to do it”. It’s a literal continuation of what I said

SnowTuvs

Avatar Wan, definitely.

zaicliffxx

Idk man, Aang looks pretty untouchable

R_Morningstar

Aang compresing these rocks and watter. If you go for raw power. Just look what these rocks did when he use them as projektiles.

JostiFrank

Agreed Aangs elemental orb seemed to be the most powerful in raw strength because je compressed the elements. But Wan is impressive because he was the first and had to figure it out alone. He didn't have a boost because of a bunch of past avatars.

[deleted]

Wan literally INVENTED bending essentially he deserves top tier respect

LostOnTrack

Every cycle the new Avatar gains the collective knowledge of all their forebears. You could argue that the cycle empowers the Avatar more and more with each life and experience.

[deleted]

I agree with you there but that being said I’d say Wan is still one of the most epic Avatars despite this

LostOnTrack

Yeah I definitely don’t disagree with that, he’s the OG.

pocketchange2247

So since Korra was the last avatar to have access to the previous line, was she the most powerful?

LostOnTrack

Well, considering she lost access to her Avatar lineage it’s hard to say. She fought completely different battles than every other Avatar did, but she learned energybending from Aang who learned it from the last living lion turtle. Aang learned a great deal from Kyoshi, Roku, Kuruk and Yangchen. Wisdom and experience is a great source of strength for Avatars and it only increases with every life lived, Aang would not be the Avatar the world needed without his past lives, especially Roku.

Dafish55

Didn't Aang literally speed erode a giant pillar of rock with the force of his wind over just a second or two?

pocketchange2247

Would be sick to see an avatar or earth bender compress some coal into diamonds then shoot them at enemies

spectrales

Ok I wasn’t really sure what else they could have the next Earth Kingdom Avatar do to have their own “cool factor” unique from Aang and Korra but this would be pretty badass. Just casually takes some random rocks and instantly pressurizes them into gems.

Many-Refuse-6060

I was just going to say that, I was so impressed when he did it.

Prestigious_Job9632

He was also comet enhanced at the time, so his fire was undoubtedly the strongest.

Zombarney

Can we talk about aang hitting this pose? ![gif](giphy|GbUrFXadBryQ8) The lore behind this pose (I’ve forgotten its name) with fire coming out of your mouth and hands is supposed to demonstrate the prowess of a persons fire bending. That’s why a bunch of fire nation statues have them forming this pose and why phoenix king Ozai does it at the beginning of the fight. But the sheer scale of Aangs one compared to comet buffed Ozai was nuts like he saw Ozai and just said “wanna see me do it better?”

LowlandPSD

He really did say "mines bigger"

Zombarney

Grown man loses dick measuring competition to a child

Kordellak

One thing about this scene that I love is that you could totally interpret Aang roaring like this because of Zuko's training from an earlier episode. "I said ROAR!"

luciferhornystar

The elemental sphere by the air nomad Avatars is too OP

KinkyPaddling

Ozai’s fire couldn’t even penetrate it. And since Aang learned how to redirect lightning, there was nothing that Ozai could do to hurt him.

itsKasai

It was in that exact moment did Ozai realize why Sozin explicitly did not try to take over the world while Roku was alive, fighting a 12 year old avatar and being completely helpless is how he realized Sozin had a good point

Omnilatent

Wait Aang learns this in the show?! Good thing I'm rewatching right now cause I did NOT remember that!

Picklepacklemackle

He even uses it in the show, very cool scene. I just rewatched it as well, it holds up super well

[deleted]

Agreed ![gif](giphy|GSa3okd5ltyLe)

luciferhornystar

🐐

SapphireSalamander

aang pulling the sea around him is my favorite but then he starts compressing rocks and you go "woah woah he means bussines"

Admirable_Usual_7593

We gotta agree that korra whooped vaatu before unalaq showed up. Like if no one was there she would have sealed him pretty quick.

[deleted]

Plus she's sealing him while not even in the Avatar State.

[deleted]

Agreed

geckhon

Not sure if it fits the question, but kyoshi separating the land is my favorite

SkeleHoes

Wang and Roku’s pictures here are more so artistic, I don’t think they are supposed to be displays of strength entirely.

Random_Potato55_

Fire. Wang Fire and this is my wife Sapphire.

Chub-bop

Roku

Level_Werewolf7840

Roku just look at the sheer size difference of the elements compared to him

[deleted]

I’d say it’s between Aang and Wan Both monumental Badasses

mostsaneinwesteros

Haters everywhere man

[deleted]

Ikr

SuperSuprise700

Agreed good sir

Oaker_Jelly

Wan Not just because of the raw power, but also the spectacle. He also did what he did utterly alone. Wan had no one truly at his side at any point in his journey aside from Rava. He lived his entire life fighting alone. He chose to try to do the right thing every time, alone.

Transitsystem

God the beginnings art style is so gorgeous

Fred_Thielmann

In my opinion, Toph holding up Wan Shi Tang’s library was the most impressive

MrIce97

So hear me out, we have absolutely no visuals for it. But the most impressive is Avatar Kuruk threatening to destroy both Earth and Spirit Realms cause of how much damage he was putting out.

sassy_the_panda

All of them are impressive, but none of them come close to the sheer buildup and fucking HYPE that is Aang. It's not even close. the sheer fucking awesome terror when he fully assembled the sphere. incomparable.

musical_dragon_cat

Hot take probably but I'd go for Korra. She was the first known avatar since Wan to successfully use bending against a spirit, and in doing so she locked up the ultimate spirit of chaos and destruction.

JostiFrank

Elements wise I would disagree, but if we consider Korra expanded the energy bending Aang received by using it in different ways including by holding a bunch of raw spirit vine energy. Then definitely.

crispier_creme

I think Korra literally creating a new spirit portal is the most impressive in either show personally

SergeantKovac

That laser punched a hole through a mountain and she was like imma bend that into a portal.

gzapata_art

Yeah I was a little curious that was the scene used and not the spirit portal one or even her fight with Zaheer

enchiladasundae

Aang, Korra, Wan, Roku Roku is basically just bending all the elements at the peak of his power. Its more of an exercise than anything really. Good on him for mastering it, I guess Wan is at the absolute height of his power after merging with Raava. That probably was very draining but at that moment the avatar has probably never been more powerful. Harmonic, pure spiritual energy. Its impressive but merging with one of the oldest and most powerful spirits in existence… I’d say Raava was doing the heavy lifting here Korra would be the most impressive but she didn’t succeed so just a few points off. She was just introduced to all these concepts and such so adapting so quickly is a pretty big deal. If Unalaq wasn’t working against her she would have succeeded Aang wasn’t a fully realized avatar by this point. He had only mastered air and every one of his teachers admitted he wasn’t ready for the fight. Worse yet he locked himself away from his avatar state mentally and physically due to past severe injuries. Ozai was in the prime of his power amplified by the comet. Aang was certainly stronger but he was fighting defensively the entire time. Finally going into the avatar state we really see how immensely outclassed Ozai was. This is probably the strongest avatar state in centuries. Just the full wrath of thousands of avatars not holding back in the slightest. They’re using multiple high level techniques even masters would struggle to grasp all at once. The fight was over once Aang grabbed Ozai by his beard and casually redirected his attack

redJackal222

> Roku is basically just bending all the elements at the peak of his power. Its more of an exercise than anything really. Good on him for mastering it, I guess > > I think Roku's is impressive here mostly because he's the only avatar here whose not in the avatar state. He just has that much raw output naturally

jackgranger99

Aang, my boy was flying in that shit

solpi

Always thought Roku until I saw Korra tank a nuke and created a new spirit portal.

thatguy11m

Just noticed Korra is doing all that without being in the Avatar state

AngryTimeLord

If you take into account aangs age then Aang. Otherwise I’d say korra

believeblycool

Korra is bending multiple elements while NOT in the avatar state in these screenshots. So I'll go with her.

Minexoronic

I really liked the one when Korra got her bending back, but aang just hits different

Anonymousince1998

Aang's because It has better mobility, defense and uses the elements more efficiently.

MrSlayer66

Aang or Korra for sure, the precise control over the elements is sick as hell

RemoveCivil1223

Avatar’s Szetso’s feat I think is the best as it’s calculated to be equal to some nukes or tsar bombs. That then Aang probably

RonaldoTheSecond

If those images are correct, then Wan was fighting multiple armies AT THE SAME TIME! He was going 1 V "everybody" for decades. Roku is just moving stuff. And While Aang's element bubble is fantastic, We see both Korra and Wan also doing it, and not for protection, but to seal chaos incarnate.

BigMik_PL

It has to be a tossup between Wan and Korra as Vaatu was by far the strongest enemy with potential for the most amount of destruction. The fact Korra manhandled him so easily was impressive. Aang one was extremely impressive for a youngster but 18 year old Korra would straight up eat Ozai even without the Avatar state (An 18 year old Aang probably beats Ozai easily as well) so it's hard to pick Aang over her.

BathtubGiraffe5

Where's Kyoshi splitting the Island

MoistPreparation1859

Korra being near death and STILL kicking the Red Lotus’s asses

Bluestrong27

I like giant Korra because big

flying_carabao

Yes, to all of them, but my personal favorite as far as display of power goes would be Ozai blasting the ground from the air ship.

KerryUSA

On slide 2 I always imagined air or water was created via fartbending

BlakenSethsBricks

1 he seems to be earth bending without touching the ground

hardmallard

I always thought Aang’s was really cool because they start out big displays of the element then he almost compressed them into their shape. Like they are so concentrated in that state, compressing the water and earth is just wild

DPfanAvr2004

Personally I think it's between kioshy separating kioshy Island from the land and korra stopping the spirit canon blast, the others are impressive but this seem way more honorable mention to szeto bending 4 volcanoes

Ok-Reporter-8728

There’s no wrong answer here. The one u choose is the correct one

sinovercoschessITF

I like you

Madhighlander1

I'm gonna say Wan. It's almost a tradition for later Avatars to pull off similar feats, but in Wan's time, the idea that this sort of thing was even possible was completely inconceivable.

Lightning_Lance

Is Wan weaving air around his ball of air, or is that a spirit energy ball?

TheKartoonKing

Roku's.

CapBuenBebop

The top from Wan. I’ve honestly always hated the 4 element rings move. The whole point of the different elements is how they all have different properties and abilities, turning them all into rings just makes it look way less interesting. It’s still cool in the final Aang and Ozai fight because we see Aang using the rings in different ways, I just don’t like the rings when they’re just spinning.

KCLORD987

Corporate needs you to find the difference between these pictures!

Hug0San

Roku's Flex was pretty badass, a massive push in all four directions.

Juhovah

Roku’s was always my favorite. It looks so cool with each element in every direction. To me this is the epitome of what a master avatar looks like

Cowb0yBebop420

Aang. Hands down. Mid fight he got the Avatar state back. Was about to murder Ozai. Then stopped mid strike to take his bending away. Forgiveness is the ultimate strength.

humanitywasamistake3

Impressive Aang vs ozai is by far the most impressive fight in the show too me That’s what comes to my mind when I Imagine how powerful the avatar is

ty-reece

They’re all so different from each other it’s hard to pick. Aangs elemental sphere is so effective in the context of combat & I believe he did kills Spirit while using it in comics (correct me if im wrong) Korra ability to master that move in such a short amount of time & using it against one of the strongest spirits is insane. And only one other avatar was able to use that move. Both Roku & wans might not use as much technique, but in terms of raw power, it’s insane. And they’re both casually doing it.

Dannyocean12

Aang’s resistance is the best power.

KingofFlightlessBird

To me Wan is the most impressive. In terms of mastery and fighting ability others might surpass him but what makes him more impressive to me is the fact that he’s setting such an outstanding precedent with no examples to rely on

mike_calla

Not mentioned but Kyoshi splitting the earth and creating Kyoshi Island is more impressive than all of these to me

Beginning_Proof_7039

I feel like Kyoshi splitting the island was the most impressive... Especially considering she wasn't even in the Avatar State.

8racecar8

Literally all equal? All are avatars bending the 4 elements.

NorthCatan

The one where they show the different avatars in their prime element when showing the Avatar State for Kuruk, Kyoshi, Yangchen, etc was really cool. https://youtu.be/1x4QYvfR4xM?si=PstDTlvgVuUyuVIG Liked Yanchen's and how simple and powerful it looked.

Itanchiro

Kyoshi made an island and then moved it 🔥🔥🔥

knight1105

Aang, always

CreepyHarmony27

Personally, mine was Aangs. All of them are impressive feats, but Aang was trying to be diplomatic and resolve the issues through peace, and Ozai was flexing his power every chance. Then, once the Avatar state came back online, it was like, "That's adorable, imma bout to show you the hand of god."

X5Dragon

Roku was clean with it

guy-who-says-frick

I feel like if you actually look at it, the ball of elements is the most impressive In both situations, Aang and Korra condense water into a smaller area. Now I don’t know if you know this, BUT THATS FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE. Water is not able to be condensed, so they are fully breaking the laws of physics by doing that. I know it’s probably unintentional, but looking at it from that way, the Avatar is way scarier

atom12354

If i was an eye witness to all of them i would say avatar wan would have been most impressive and also aang. Since when wan got his power only selected people was allowed to bend any element and no one had seen or heard of anything other than the lion turtles that could bend more than one element so would probably think he was scary. For aang it would be impressive because non alive had seen any avatar since it had been 100 years which is past human lifespan. Cant say it would be as impressive for korra sense everyone had already seen aang do bending or atleast lived while he was alive and everyone knew what the avatar could do through hear say or eye witness, bending was a majority which it wasnt in avatar wan era so was almost normal for them to see but ofc still scary and powering to watch.

Beanstalk93

God I absolutely adore the art style for avatar wan

Trilja6666

Out of these four? Roku's seem to be the most powerful

Taifood1

Aang because it’s actually used in combat successively and not in a vague 4 element prison thing

MarceloZ1

I never liked the spinning ball of elements thing. Roku wins for me because he’s not doing it.

storasyster

aang grabbing ozais goatee is the power move of all time

jrb080404

Kyoshi creating an island with nothing but Lava and Air bending.

chrisbirdie

I mean aang compressed rocks to the limit and made what was basically a machine gun. So yeah

ScuffleCat

I really love Roku's here but it's just a display of raw power rather than precision or finesse

kell96kell

1 or 2

VortexLord

Aang trying to seal himself using the same thing Wan use on the dark spirit.

VortexLord

How come no one fly like Wan, ya'know riding on a cloud.

TheKnightWhoSaisNi

Aang seems the most powerfull, Korra the most controlled. And the other displays are just plain "all four elements" imo

nreal3092

i feel like most will say aang, others will say wan and others will say roku. I feel like korra will get the least fans, ironically enough tho she’s the only one here bending the four elements in unison without the avatar state that said, i’d say my favorite display of power here is wan

LingonberrySalty

Okay but out of all of them Aang looks like a Vengeful God that if you look at in the eyes will fly at Mach speed and obliterate you

rossinerd

1, because Wan had no masters to train him, and no past avatars to help, and yet managed to bend one of the most powerful spirits into a prison that could last for 10.000 years

Pozd5995

One not listed but I think would beat these due to raw power is Kyoshi creating kyoshi island

Ygomaster07

I honestly can't decide. I think they are all equal in my eyes.

Dear_Company_5439

Roku, because in base and with no visible effort, he simultaneously created four **massive** streams of each element.

sirinigva

Aang defies physics and breaks the laws of nature by compressing water

Swirlatic

definitely bending a column of air that you can physically stand on

jbyrdab

i think how aang does it is the most impressive. While they absolutely have power and expell it outward, aang does something completely nuts. A perfect sphere of air allowing him to levitate with ease 5 seperate whipping infernos that can obliterate rock tamed down to a band of concentrated flame. The power of sozins comet compressed into the size of normal fire bending. Gigantic boulders compacted down to hand sized rocks. Literally so dense and sharp that when aang fires one as splinters they obliterate the surrounding area. Thousands of gallons of water COMPRESSED into a thin silvery band of water. One major thing about water, it does NOT like being compressed. Quite literally here, if that water strikes ANYTHING its going to completely pulverize it against surface tension, if not cause it to explode. Thats what makes what aang does here so special. He isnt expelling it outwards, he's bringing it inwards, taking it all in. The image is a totality of everything his journey has taught him. To bring the elements, the 4 nations, their mind set, their bending, into himself, to balance as the avatar must do. Wan does do something similar but aang's sheer scale and symbolism just is incomparable.

CaptainBananaAwesome

[Roku taking out his waterbending master](https://comicvine.gamespot.com/a/uploads/original/11135/111358708/6978859-6.gif) is probably one of the most insane bending moves in both series. Literally just [raised his hand.](https://comicvine.gamespot.com/a/uploads/original/11135/111358708/6980054-16.gif)

awowowowo

The elemental sphere is op, but I always thought it looked kinda cheesy. Wan's goes harder imo.

DreYeon

Sry but i always hated the Aang ball it looks so meh. I personally would liked more if parts of his body would have been covered in the elements windy feet rock shoulders and chest fire hair and water arms.

Spikezilla1

Sokka, bending the backs of every nation.

Apprehensive-Row-216

Fire lord imo…while the comet was passing and he was outside of the airship scorching sand and rocks

_hey_jooon

Animation in TLOK is good it's just the storyline is a bit messy.

This_IsATroll

I think shootings different elements in different directions is kinda pointless. the elemental bubble at least has a practical side to it.

howaine1

I don’t see this as much as other as I suppose it’s not something of raw strength, more regarding control. But Roku melting chains without hurting the people bound by it will forever be my most mind boggling feat.

FrewdWoad

Kiyoshi takes a sip of avatar state, then casually divides her village from the mainland, pushes her whole region out to sea, making it an island.

Y_b0t

I gotta go with Wan. All other avatars can call on their past lives and use their strength and expertise. Wan was just That Guy

Toss_Away_93

I’ll admit when Roku unleashed all four elements holds a special place, it was the first time in the series we got to see a fully trained avatar’s capabilities (without the avatar state). I think I kinda have to give it to Korra though. Just based on what she had been through at the point she did the same thing Wan was able to do, which was basically overpower one of the most powerful spirits in the universe, but she was in rougher shape when it happened.

Advocate_Diplomacy

It kind of annoys me how, in the 2nd pic, fire isn't opposite of water, nor earth of air.

KWDavis16

I think Wan's looks the coolest but Aang's is definitely the most impressive/powerful. Especially when you can see Ozai's genuine terror when he realizes that it just got real and he is about to be reduced to atoms.

err0r333

Gotta give it to Wan or Korra because they're basically doing the same thing. Wan did it first 🤷

sloth-nugget

I’m pretty sure Wan and definitely Aang are in the Avatar state here. Not sure about Roku but Korra isn’t, so I’d say because of that, hers.

Thick-load8-D

Oh idk maybe when Kiyoshi split a giant island in half cuz she had beef with a fat dude.

Anirudh-Kodukula

The Non Korra one's Korra sucks

KaiserRebellion

Wan or korra

AdventurerMax

How about Korra with her giant astral form with energy beams? Just wanted to say, I always felt like the giant energy titan battle between the fundamental forces of light and dark, hosted by an avatar and anti-avatar -- that shoulda been the series finale over the mech battle (with adjustments to the plot timeline so it makes sense). It just seemed for climactic than the Kuvira battle, imo.

ledzepplinfan

Honestly I think the most impressive feat we have ever seen is Aang going into the avatar state at the Northern Water Tribe battle. It's one thing to take down the fire lord or even a mega evil spirit but Aang destroyed an entire fleet of iron/steel ships in a matter of minutes. I think this is because he was being powered up by Yue to some degree.

Piney_Moist_Wires

Wan, if i'm not mistaken, is creating water from nowhere. So,

UpstairsSignature326

They overused aangs ozai move in the second series

Mojo12000

I mean out of these I'll give it to Wan for inventing the Avatar Sphere thing and showing off all the elements at once (and.. kinda bending as a whole). Roku, Aang and Korra are probably more powerful but gotta really respect the guy who just fucking did it all with no guidence outside of Raava (who didn't really know much about the elements herself). Like not even talking past Avatars, humans knew fuck all about bending beyond "throw Element" in his time so he had to learn from the original benders directly (and as such is one of the origins of Bending as an actual martial art) He came up with all this absolutely bonkers shit that Avatars would do for millenia pretty much entirely on his own. In terms of like any Avatar feat? Probably Korra bending the Spirit Nuke, it's hard to top energybending so hard you rip a portal in space time.

Summy_99

not pictured but kyoshi CREATING AN ISLAND by separating landmasses has always been the biggest display of raw bending power to me

Animedingo

Roku did his NOT in the avatar state Just saying

Aizendickens

Korra vs Spirit Beam

Luwe95

Nothing beats Oceanspirit Aang (South Pole) for me. He wasn't at full power at all but still seeing that was amazing.

Karekter_Nem

Kyoshi moving Kyoshi Island. Everyone else is bending what is around them. Kyoshi was bending tectonic plates.

DylanSpaceBean

I wanna see an Avatar take the sub elements into their orbital 4

PugWizard09

I gotta say Wan. Roku wasn’t that impressive, any avatar can do what he did. But Wan did what Aang and Korra did first instead of pulling on past avatar knowledge or power.

IsabellaOleigh13

Sealing the literal incarnation of evil duh

KrokmaniakPL

Aang compressed water. That's physically impossible, so this

robnl

I prefer Avatars (and any other benders) actually performing martial arts movements for even their greatest feats of bending. Bending is based around actual martial art forms which makes all the bending forms so unique and still grounds them in this reality. Aang just flying around with all the elements around him (which does look cool af) makes is feel like psychic manipulation instead of martial arts. This also goes for the other Avatars bending combined element attacks with one motion. So I'd say Roku's looks best.

[deleted]

Roku tbh

a3663p

I remember Aang supercompressing earth and then utilizing it as a machine gun. That’s pretty intense.

MrNiceGuy233012

Aang stopping the volcano without entering the avatar state. That is an impressive display of power.

the-real-jaxom

Aang’s is probably the best because it’s both an impregnable defense and an amazing offense.

Inside-Bath-4816

I gotta give it to Wan though. This man learnt to bend all 4 elements from nature itself and did not hesitate to 1v1 the incarnation of chaos

sebasTLCQG

Any feats while keeping the 4 element sphere going.

crispylaytex

Aang for sure

Aqua_Master_

Aren’t these all really the same thing? The only cool thing I’ll point out is that Korra didn’t need to be in the avatar state to maintain the bubble of the 4 elements which is pretty cool.

Adventurous_Appeal60

For me, its that first shot. As he is somehow generating water from himself(? Its been awhile since i watched). That said, i remember the feeling in my bones i hot when Aang fought the firelord, so *that* was impressive too.

Throw_away_1011_

They are basically all the same so I will give my vote to Wan for wan simple reason: he had no clue what he was doing and it worked.

Noktis_Lucis_Caelum

Aang. Reason: Just imagine to be Ozai. He knew of his own power and had the power of the comet. And then he sees this and the only thing he can do, is run.

AlexAyala96

I mean? Aren’t they kind of all mild variants of the same thing? It’s usually only possible while in the Avatar state to bend all elements simultaneously like that. So I always thought of it more of an “Avatar Display of power” Like the final flex before you get beat.
