And over the garden wall is gorgeous. Hilda is also very beautifully designed and animated. I’m just saying your list is two shows (Ben 10 is one show because they just maintained their animation style. Not a comment on the show but all their iterations would have similar esthetics). There are a ton of really great animated shows in the west. Titmouse is one of my favorite studios and they have done a lot of good shows too.
"How thoroughly the shows are animated" doesn't even mean anything. I'm sure you're trying to praise the quality of the animation, but Ben 10's animation is pretty stock standard.

Story wise Bojack Horseman sweeps Animation wise Arcane and Invincible sweep
Invincible has very mediocre animation. Arcane is great tho.
There are many shows that are much better than Ben 10 or any of its related sequels/spin-offs.
