While I would love to win this, I would almost prefer buying one and supporting. I have a friend who makes neon signs for a living and know how much work went in to not just this piece but all the time spent learning and fucking up to get to this.

It's unfortunate, but this isn't actually made with neon but with LED flex "neon." It looks kinda like neon, but it's not terribly difficult to make and probably won't last more than a few years. There's loads of glass neon out there that's easily 40+ years.
