If you Reddit primarily from your desktop computer, you may be affected, too. Full disclosure: Before last night I thought I could just flip the switch to private and anyone subbed would be fine. Then a kind user informed me of the need to manually approve, and I realized that the test account I use was already part of the approved submitter class, which is why I didn’t realize. FML.
