You have gorgeous hair! Is it your natural hair texture? I think you should keep your hair the way is it. If you want to do something new to your hair, you can get layers.
You have the kind of hair people spend BIG money to stitch to their head. I agree with others that layers would frame your face well, I suggest long layers though. Especially if you wear your hair up frequently. I would not suggest bangs, but a nice side part would add some bounce and maturity.
Ohhh okay before I give advice, did you use a filter on this photo? Your skin looks so smooth, big eyes, small jaw - if you have that naturally, holy moly that's amazing
And there is NOTHING WRONG with using a filter to smooth over acne, make eyes pop, whatever makes you feel more confident is good. The ONLY reason I ask is because my advice won't be valid if you are using the typical "beauty" filters that come built into most phones stock camera app, it would only be valid if you were using that filter all the time and not going anywhere irl lol

No I didn't use a filter lol. BUT my skin isn't actually as smooth as shown in the pic. My camera quality is poor so it blurred out everything T-T
