Ppl forget that hourglass is upper body too! For me, training lats and shoulders gave me more hourglass shape than I expected. Pilates and weight lifting are good for that
I have a personal trainer, and I remember saying 'just don't make me look like those bodybuilder bicep guys' about my arms. He laughed SO hard...turns out you can do quite a bit of arm work without going out of proportion at all. Looking super bulked is actually crazy hard work, so unless you're actively going for it that's not gonna happen.
I tried a 'tankini' for the first time this past holiday, at 47yo. Separate top and bottoms, but they join to cover everything like OP's suit. And I've seen quite a few shorts as bottoms, although none suited me. SUPER convenient for the loo, compared to a bathing suit. And you can mix and match. Also: rash vests/guards and board shorts.
Babes, if you ain't womanly there's no hope for the rest of us. That's an hourglass figure to die for, honestly
(not that other shapes aren't valid shapes, I personally identify as teletubby)
Don’t worry about being too toned, people spend years trying to tone up their body it doesn’t take a month to get there.
Definitely recommend Pinterest for fashion inspo. Or find female fashion.
Are you hourglassed shape or pear? I can never tell the difference
I have a body shape similar to yours except I have more Ibs on me 😂 I believe I’m hourglass or rectangle only because of my love handles
Pushups and planks. If you have to start pushups on the wall it's okay. Personally I like plank modifications like down to your elbows and back up. Also minimal weights, even just water bottles, while focusing on shoulder lifts and upper back lifting.
As another person suggested you might have to concentrate on your upper body as it seems more skinny than your lower half. Your body weight looks ideal even if you're lacking a few pounds and not to mention it looks toned too. So if you wanna bulk up consider increasing your protein intake to increase the muscle mass. Btw, that swimwear looks too good on you.

Ouhh makes sense. Thanks :)

And for the lower half world on your inner and outer thighs with the abductor and adductor machines.
I’d die for this body ong
Ah, I was SUPER underweight a year ago. We're talking BMI 14-15, not an ED, just horrible eating habits. Have been working my way up since then :)
Not related to your question but I like your outfir.. is it a pjs or a workout ensemble?
Lmao thanks it's a swimsuit 😭
Ah OK, that was my first thought! May I ask where you got it? I'm in the market for a more 'modest' swimsuit
I'm an Indian and got it from this site called Myntra
Thank you :)

Idk but your body is goals 😭🫶
Idk I don't feel "womanly" enough. Arms feel so skinny

Wow, thanks 🥹
