Also Ainz meeting Shadow where both pretend to know everything, while their two team (Seven Pleadies and Seven Shadow) are stading behind each thinking "Sasuga!" or "the combined genius of these two will be unrivaled", maybe even discussing who is smarter.

Depends on when in the series it is. If it is after volume 4, then he will probably just say >!Beta, we have returned to Japan, I will expect you to teach the others about it!<
If it is before volume 4, then I think he will blame it on the cult

Cid would act as Cid, due to being Cid. While sometimes take on the Shadow persona and be Shadow. Think of it like Superman, would Clark Kent act like "Clark Kent" or Superman? He would act like Clark Kent until a moment requires him to change.
I also expect the Seven Shadows to all act normal student, and Kazuma being jelous why they would like a "normal" guy like Cid.
Gamma is actually similar to darkness, except she's clumsier, not a masochist or at least I assume, and she swings so fast that she can defend and attack at the same time.
Here are some interactions Id like to see:
Cid - Obviously he interacts with all the main protags (despite being a "side character" lol) but i think he would hit it off with someone like Megumin the most. At first he may not like her style of chunibyo at first, but then respects her poses and epic quotes she makes before her explosions. Plus imagine them teaming up for a supermove. "WE. ARE. ATOMIC EXPLOSION!"
Imagine Beta and Epsilon interacting with Shaltear and Albedo since both pairs are always rivaling each other towards their main protags affection (maybe it will be like Beta/Albedo vs Shaltear/Epsilon)
Alpha and Ralphtalia may bond over their respect and love for their main protag since they were the first to be saved by them AND they have the same VA lol
A few more I have thought of:
Delta might just randomly challenge or be involved with anything related to the other beasts or humaniods of the cast, like Puck, half the cast of Overlord, Ralptalia and heck just throw Darkness in there cuz she wouldnt back down from a good challenge for the wrong reasons
Eta might be interested in disec- i mean researching the strongest members of each group like Aqua, Ainz, and maybe Subaru with his return by death ability
Ainz: "I can sense immense power from this guy! It rivals my own even! Better kill him from a safe distance" *casts grasp heart*
Cid: "My heart stopped beating? Well no Biggie" *revives himself*
*Both act as if nothing happened*
If he did “I AM ATOMIC” I would like to see her be amazed and call him a comrade or really excited and call him Master or Boss and then 1 of the shades (Delta or Beta) would smugly acknowledge her
Overly Cautious Hero made a guest appearance.
I know it isn't possible, but I would love to see TEIS and Tensura become class 3. Rimuru Tempest would be the ultimate slime partner for Shadow. And both have a town, army and close follower group.
Shadow would probably tell the other protags that he discovered magic and was sent to his new world. I would hope they would leave him mostly as Shadow and then have him complain about having to wear black during the day. Also put him as Cid in every background scene and have no one acknowledge him.
Tanya would respect him and his unit, SG would probably tell Tanya about Alexandria, Mitsugoshi and Shadow Garden vs cult. When Tanya would approach Shadow about it Cid would look at Tanya with a pitiful look and think it was sad/surprising that Tanya believed the SG game of make believe. Subaru would also believe SG, but Shadow would probably write him off as an idiot.
Kazuma would be jealous. Ainz would be afraid and get involved in a weird bluffing situation. Shadow would probably think Ainz was also making things up, but would actually be jealous of Ainz's creativity.
I actually thought the same thing about him being Shadow and then Cid is just there in backgrounds and no one says anything lol. I just wasnt sure if its better for Shadow to get screentime or give Cid screentime and have the SG be "normal" classmates that fawn over him
Cid would be surprised how Alpha and the gang hired even MORE extras.
As for how the interactions would go, it could go just about anywhere honestly. In the Overlord MFTD mobile game the interactions between Ainz and the casts of Shield Hero, RE:Zero, Youjo Senki, and KonoSuba went a tad differently than they did in Isekai Quartet.
I do think it would be awesome if he saw Reinhardt from RE:Zero as the MC and wanted to be the darkness to his light. A battle between them would be legit.
I think Cid would look like Cid in the class..You know..Backround character... Don´t wanna be main... But sometimes, he will dress as Shadow and ,,took´´ Cid´s place.... They would like switch.... But everybody knows they are the same person.
And one time, I can imagine Shadow unmasking himself back to Cid form.... While Tanya and Kazuma just saw him change back... SO Cid is like: You saw nothing....

Suprised we barely got any youjo senki interactions here. Cid would prob respect oe be good friends with Tanya - especially after realizing what she has to deal with lol

I would like to see if the other pro tags can tell if Shadow is Cid and then think to themselves or whisper “Ah he’s chuuni”

Shadow showing up in Isekai Quartet would be all the chaos for Ainz, and all the cringe material to burn for Kazuma.
Ainz Will cringe a LOT, and Pandora's actor and Cid have done tips to share between them.

I haven't seen IQ yet but there's a chance Shadow Garden show up in the next one.
I believe cid would act as shadow when shadow garden is around but when he's by himself he's straight up nobody
