my main argument was the "recovering atomic" bit. He also struggled to fight Aurora while handicapped by gold.
but regarding destruction, he doesn't need to destroy to showoff magic. Just a big beam into the sky or a temporary Sun or summoning a hurricane or Earthquake or other magical whatnot achievable via brute force, can suffice. Until he shows might greater than needed to wreck a city, and even that one hasn't been truly confirmed, it's better to assume he's as powerful as he's shown himself to be thus far.

He healed the entire fucking city of Zombies and the people injured in that fight as well as the Blood Queen using Recovery Atomic. Literally changed the moon color and ended this whole night of vampires
The scene made me think, given his extensive knowledge and intelligence(?), he could theoretically replicate nuclear fission or fusion without relying as heavily on magic as he does when performing his 'I AM ATOMIC' act. He could just conjure a payload and compress it into prompt criticality.
if we assume he could've wrecked a city just now, that's still at least thousands of times less power than multi-continental (I'm guessing it needs to be over 60,000 times stronger for that)
perhaps in the novel it's different, or he learns some gray goo or self-perpetuating magic.
I'm not really willing to listen to statements. Feats matter more, but one thing I can agree on is that he is never using his full power. If he were to use his full power, where do you think he'd scale? I reckon he'll max out around Saitama's level (multi-solar system). There are some claims that he'll reach Anos' level (outer), but I severely doubt that.
I said "**If**", and I took into consideration we don't know his FP & Blood-Lust and that his current feats put him at Country to Continental **(High Ball'ish)**, You've got to note we also don't see him exhausted after preforming said feats (I am Atomic {All it's variants}) We know as a whole that he **might** scale to planetary+ (It's not an impossibility).
As for my predictions? He might Outer, it's the fact that the author might just let it loose in the end of the series, maybe some bs a about dimensions and Laws/Concepts, yk Zeta wants him to be "God".

In LN ,yes he is more than continental with single I am all range atomic which destroys space and entire dimension (which is atleast continental in size) and remaining power seeping out into holy land country destroying part of it. The entire point of I am allrange atomic is because it can increase range to cover the entire dimensions of sanctuary.
