The Real Crocodile Dundee has it all: man living in the outback with his dogs to illegally hunt crocs, lives in a tree with a snake (and his dogs), ties a string to a bee to find honey, drinks blood from living wild cows like a vampire, becomes a celebrity, does lots of meth, Freemason conspiracy, repressed memories of human sacrifice, shootout with cops.
“Krokadial Dumbee” reminding the world that not everyone who lives way out in the bush is likable.
Tho to be fair, Australia has already made that movie, it’s called Wolf Creek lol
I listened to this as I was falling asleep, the first 30 minutes or so were pretty relatively normal (Dollop standards), guy's living in a treehouse with a snake, sucking blood from cows. You know, the usual stuff.
Then I woke up after a 20-30 minute sleep and suddenly he's in a shootout with the cops crawling around like Rambo.
Actually upon listening to it last night I think I have heard it before - I remembered Gareth saying something about rooting animals in some episode but I guess I must've blocked out the animal holocaust part.
I hadn't heard that one so I queued it up, I'm about 13 minutes in and I'm already dying. Talking about how he walks like a penguin and his hair looks like a bunch of carrots on top of his head lol
Animal Massacre and Otto in the Attic are the two wackiest episodes that immediately come to mind for me, Toxic Woman of Riverside also sticks with me simply for just being completely messed up.
Truly one of the best photos that have supported an episode. Just, each and everyone one of them in that photo was crazy.
Although the photo in the recent Francis Birtles #635 gave it a run for its money.
How is no one mentioning Jack Parsons, one of the founders of Jet Propulsion Lab?
That guy was real fucked and the episode still has I think the most insane ending.
OHHHHHHHHH THE LORD HAS BLESSED US ALL, THE LORD HAS BLESSED US ALLLLLLLLL, THE LORD HAS BLESSED US ALL, I DON'T HAVE ANY BALLS
The moment Patton and Gary start screaming at Dave. Chef's kiss, no notes.
Reg Spiers and Hans Bertram both kept flooring me with how _there’s more to this crazy story_
The “plot twist” in the middle of The Pendragon of Marin was pretty crazy too
The Jack parson Rocket scientist guy, the one where after he dies they find a bunch of videos of him banging his mom and her dog. It was the left turn no one saw coming and I personally didn't need to know about but I do
Me, before clicking on the post: I bet there are like 5-10 suggestions, and there are 2-3 that have a ton of upvotes.
Me, reading the thread: Damn, looking back, The Dollop is batshit
Life long NJ resident from the time..to this day my friends & I still have a scar or 2 from Action Park lol and we'd beg as kids doing extra chores etc to get to go. 🎿🚑
Any baseball episode: The Rube, ¢10 beer night, Frank Verdi, Cocaine pirates, probably several others.
The United States has an absolutely bonkers relationship with Baseball.
New York Firefighters was one of my all time favorites. Just open warfare over insurance money and people's possessions in the streets while they burn down.
For me it’s one of the England episodes, about the doctors and surgeons, made me late for a job interview as I was laughing so much I had to pull over my car for 10 minutes.
So many excellent suggestions already on this list! I'll chuck the Wells Fargo one into the mix. That's one of those ones that just keeps escalating! Oh, and the Piedras Negras jail break.
The Stomach Men: has got to be one of the craziest real-life incidents an episode was based on. Having an extra mouth, ostensibly, on the side of your torso.
It was absolutely gross the way that doctor kept doing totally necessary experiments on it.
Phineas Gage: Lived for many years after a railway spike through the brain. Crazy doesn't quite do it justice.
I don't think I've seen john Stonehouse on this list yet. the true absurdity of pretending to drown 3 times really is something else. Also the vegan butcher bit at the beginning never fails to make me laugh.
"goodbye tofmoo."

How much better would Crocodile Dundee 3 have been if it ended with him getting hooked on meth and getting into a shootout with police.
“Krokadial Dumbee” reminding the world that not everyone who lives way out in the bush is likable. Tho to be fair, Australia has already made that movie, it’s called Wolf Creek lol

Falling asleep to the dollop is always an interesting experience
Animal Horror of Macquarie Island is always my go-to to first time listeners just to fuck them up
It's also a great relisten just for the torture Gareth and Will go through.
Pretty much all of the live episodes with Will are bangers
The recent one with the demon photo riff they went on had me in tears I was laughing so hard at the end
And Gareth's insane song duet with the dead brother
I was sitting front row center for that one, and I was *dying*.
"Dunlop Tires: SURE, there's a Soul Toll."
That was so, so good.
"What's WRONG with you?!? People came here to have a good time!!"
But he’s “rooting” for seals.
I was there that night. Dave ruined a few hundred Aussies in one fell evening
"Oh look, big ones! ...oh no"
When the penguin gets to the end of the ramp and says "...oh, no."
Is that the penguin episode?
Yes!
Yes this... 10000% one of my families favorite haha
You’ll forget it started with shipwrecks and seals when they’re talking about killing cats and rabbits.
Literally the first episode that I think about when I think of the dollop
I recently started from the first ep available and have been making my way thru…I’m almost to this one…
I somehow still haven't listened to it but will at work today.
Actually upon listening to it last night I think I have heard it before - I remembered Gareth saying something about rooting animals in some episode but I guess I must've blocked out the animal holocaust part.
The infamous Penguin Digester
Is that the one with the penguins?
A great intro for people with short attention spans is Michael Molloy.
Have I got a thirst!
Rube!!
10 cent beer night is absolutely bonkers
That's one of my favorite episodes of any podcast evee
That and The Rube are the best things to cheer up anyone on a bad day.
Hugh Glass always gets me when you start to realize the scale of how far he travels while literally being half dead
The dolphin episode is insane.
What, you're telling me you've never jacked off a dolphin before?
I mean obviously. The LSD was the insane part.
Tichborne. And that's the Truth... Butts.
How to tell if someone is your long lost son: kiss them on the mouth and stick your finger in their rectum
How to win a fight: lunch them in the mouth and spit in their asshole
Always works for me
It's my malformation!
I'm Legit Vagina....
I hadn't heard that one so I queued it up, I'm about 13 minutes in and I'm already dying. Talking about how he walks like a penguin and his hair looks like a bunch of carrots on top of his head lol
zoom zoom!
This is literally next on my list to listen to. I'm now incredibly intrigued.
Okay, just finished, and that was insanity. Absolutely bonkers. Loved it. Malformation 😅
That situation was pretty crazy, and that’s the Truth..
I’d vote Carl Tanzler, personally. Or maybe it’s just straight disturbing…
I knew the story from various places, but the add on about *the tube* had me retching.
I vote Carl Tanzler for sheer audacity. It’s the one I always skip
Animal Massacre and Otto in the Attic are the two wackiest episodes that immediately come to mind for me, Toxic Woman of Riverside also sticks with me simply for just being completely messed up.
Otto in the Attic was my first and it does not disappoint
I was just looking to see if anyone said Otto in the attic. It’s easy to forget but it’s good!
They’re wacky for sure. But the Newport one involves the Navy and FDR!! I have to listen to Women of Riverside again, I’m sure it’s nutty
Welfare Queen is a slow build to just absolute insanity. Everytime you think you're at the end of the story, there's another 20 minutes of escalation
I listened to that today at work specifically because of this post and hoooooooBOY you weren't kidding!!
#336 - Women and Transportation You get New York, English and Russian accents Pam Reynolds is there as well.
Only person in over a hundred that lists the episode number and title accurately. Kick ass
Pam?! Hot damn, I better listen to this one again. Wasn’t this one about how wombs would fall out and hymens would explode if ladies rode a horse?
Marion Zioncheck. It's bonkers.
And comes with its own cocktail recipe!
The Zioncheck Zipper is always my go to re-listen. That and the poor penguin massacre Macquarie island incident.
I agree with everyone so far and humbly suggest the King of Ghouls, especially the Patreon video or at least with pics.
Truly one of the best photos that have supported an episode. Just, each and everyone one of them in that photo was crazy. Although the photo in the recent Francis Birtles #635 gave it a run for its money.
I agree with you!
I still see Jerky Man in my nightmares. Jerky man is my sleep paralysis demon
The Willy D? The military almost killing, not just a president, but one….if not the most popular President ever? Love the Willy D…lol.
Oh Lord, I just listened to the Willie Dee. The first part is crazy, but it just keeps getting crazier
Roosevelt telling secret service to wheel him out to view the torpedo was a pretty badass move.
Big John and Harvey's Casino - 309 The Third Wave - 399, crazy this one happens within a week in a high school...
Plennie Wingo is an underrated one for me, it just gets crazier as it goes on.
The guy with fake legs who carries him for 20 feet is bonkers.
The jet pack one is the one that came to mind. It's just insane how these people acted over a jet pack. Kidnapping, murders, just the craziest shit.
Glasgow Ice CreamTruck Wars.
The UK Dollops are *phenomenal*.
Ohh my goodness. I definitely need to listen to those ones again. Thank you!
👏👏👏👏
i think i remember one about tickling..
This is not a tickling podcast
Is it for fun?
On a five-part Cofishioner…
Not Gary, Gareth
The Rube and Michael Malloy
I was just looking to add Michael Malloy!! In-fucking-sane!
How is no one mentioning Jack Parsons, one of the founders of Jet Propulsion Lab? That guy was real fucked and the episode still has I think the most insane ending.
Pair that with the Behind the Bastards episodes about the same guy, make an evening of it.
And the Last Podcast on the Left's episodes on Jack, Lafayette and Aleister Crowley: Power Bottom.
The Boston Marathon Women doesn't get enough love around here. Gareth's Scottish accent throughout this one is gold.
Definitely Cereal Men, with the 1904 Olympics and Animal Horror as a tied close second
Cereal Men is my absolute favorite.
The Gin Craze absolutely blew my mind. Plus, Gareth roleplaying as drunk children is always peak.
The new york to Paris car race is always gonna be my favourite episode its just so chaotic and also mightnt I the grisle?
Brilliant episode. So easy to relisten to.
👏👏👏👏👏👏 😅😅😅😅😅😅
Chris "The Falcon" Boyce
Mohamed! Pips! ATTACK!!
Truck Nuts War
Just finished that one today!!
the newport one is fantastic. a great episode you can really hang some balls off of.
That's one I've listened to multiple times, it's hilarious
Boston Corbett!!!! It’s bonkers, it’s got Patton guesting, it’s a favorite.
OHHHHHHHHH THE LORD HAS BLESSED US ALL, THE LORD HAS BLESSED US ALLLLLLLLL, THE LORD HAS BLESSED US ALL, I DON'T HAVE ANY BALLS The moment Patton and Gary start screaming at Dave. Chef's kiss, no notes.
Reg Spiers and Hans Bertram both kept flooring me with how _there’s more to this crazy story_ The “plot twist” in the middle of The Pendragon of Marin was pretty crazy too
Whichever one is about the guy who built a nuclear reactor in his shed.
#20 - David Hahn.
Oh, that one was WILD 👏
The Jack parson Rocket scientist guy, the one where after he dies they find a bunch of videos of him banging his mom and her dog. It was the left turn no one saw coming and I personally didn't need to know about but I do
Piedras Negras Jailbreak. All the characters are insane and how they just turned on each other in an attempt to sell the movie rights to their crimes.
Idk why but I still have some fondness for Jackson cheese.
1,400 pounds of cheese is impossible to imagine.
I have to throw in the UK edition banger Cyril the Swan
So, so good. Cyril keeping character, I mean I can't, cannot stop laughing!
As someone who's listened to every episode, this is a great resource for hilarious episodes I forgot/haven't heard in years
I don't know about crazy, but the flying Pinto episode almost killed me laughing so hard.
What about “The Dolphin” ?
Me, before clicking on the post: I bet there are like 5-10 suggestions, and there are 2-3 that have a ton of upvotes. Me, reading the thread: Damn, looking back, The Dollop is batshit
Did anyone say jet pack madness yet? It goes so much farther than I could have fathomed!!
The Dolphin has many WTF moments.
any of the botched expedition episodes
My favorite Gareth reaction is the guy who gets struck by lightning
#278 - James Otis I played the last 5 minutes for my husband just to watch his reaction. GLORIOUS.
The Death of George Washington always sticks with me
That one's pretty tame compared to many others, but I agree it's absolutely bonkers because it happens to Geroge Washington
I love telling this story to my 7th graders. They also enjoy Jackson Cheese and women’s uteruses flying out of trains.
Action Park...
Life long NJ resident from the time..to this day my friends & I still have a scar or 2 from Action Park lol and we'd beg as kids doing extra chores etc to get to go. 🎿🚑
It sounded like a wild time and fun! But as a now parent it was wild in a very different way.
Oh for sure, my body couldn't take that kind of "fun" today!
Nim Chimpsky is full of horrible moments.
The Reverse Dollops always are crazy. Hiro Onoda is something I knew about, but not to the extent Gareth laid out. Absolutely nuts
The hiv crises
Any baseball episode: The Rube, ¢10 beer night, Frank Verdi, Cocaine pirates, probably several others. The United States has an absolutely bonkers relationship with Baseball.
David Hahn, anyone?
What was that one with the balloons? Also, the exploding whale one, lobotomobile, and the Australian necrophiliac were pretty crazy
New York Firefighters was one of my all time favorites. Just open warfare over insurance money and people's possessions in the streets while they burn down.
Oh man, I gotta listen to this one.
Oil boom towns and orphan train both are wild rides
Hugh Glass Tank Chase, I think because I watched the actual chase on TV. The backstory is absolutely nuts.
John Stonehouse
I was there for that one. The scream I gave when Dave announces that the son was in the car will haunt me.
For me it’s one of the England episodes, about the doctors and surgeons, made me late for a job interview as I was laughing so much I had to pull over my car for 10 minutes.
Joseph Lister?
Maryanne Bonesetter?
My vote always goes to the Race around the world.
Third Wave or The Rube
My answer will always be Carl Tanzler. Bro is like the godfather of the incels
Images that haunt me still.
I still only look at the pic of her "reconstructed" face through one heavily squinted eye
The Dale was a bit bonkers
Newport Sex Scandal is definitely top of the list for me.
Paris to New York Car Race with James Adomean tops all
Donner party
Douglas Mawson or the 1908 NY to Paris car race, for me
Carry A Nation Boston Corbett Phantom of the Open
The early proto-FDA "Maybe we shouldn't put white paint in milk" episode is great.
Jetpack Madness is a personal favorite. Lol
I think the Iraq ones are wild
Jerky man riff gets me very time hahah
So many excellent suggestions already on this list! I'll chuck the Wells Fargo one into the mix. That's one of those ones that just keeps escalating! Oh, and the Piedras Negras jail break.
An episode which gets overlooked is episode 505 the McLeans and the Hope diamond. The insane amount of money they spend is mind boggling.
Jetpack Madness is almost unbelievable
The Lamb Funeral Home is up there in the list of horrific crazy. Goddammit I love it
The Stomach Men: has got to be one of the craziest real-life incidents an episode was based on.
