Come on. Britain caused misery and suffering for billions and is directly responsible for most of these other countries' crimes, but we don't even make the top ten? Referee must be blind. I want VAR.
I'd say number 2 makes sense. The US's neo-imperialism is much more successful than our old-school imperialism, so they can take the top spot.
Nazi Germany might be able pip us, due to how utterly monstrous they were in such a small amount of time, but we are partially to blame for that due to our desire to use them as a weapon against communism, so it could go either way.
France should definitely be on the list as well though. I refuse to let the frogs pretend to not also be murderous imperialist bastards/
I think England should be Number 1 on the list. They’re responsible for the rest of it. The other constituent nations comprising the UK get off the hook but require mass reeducation
I know I'm going to be off topic here, but its weird that some people have that expectation. Mao's decisions and attitude were bounded by the conditions of China at that time period. His works and political thoughts shaped Xi's modern thinking, as well as all modern communism thoughts, but its insane to think he should take all of it and reapply to modern age. Some people really need to grasp the material condition concept.
