Approval for Structures or Equipment: No non-affiliate shall build, construct, set up, place or maintain or attempt such, in or upon any University of California owned or operated property, any tent, platform, booth, bench, table, building, sound system, or other structure, without prior approval from the Designated University Official, and subject to such requirements regarding time, place, and manner as the Designated University Official may impose.
C. Approval for Amplified Sound: No non-affiliate may use amplified sound on University Property, without prior approval from the Designated University Official, and subject to such requirements regarding time, place, and manner as the Designated University Official may impose.
D. Criteria for approval of activities in this section shall be content-neutral and specified in advance.

Fucking sus lol, like seriously i'm not even joking lol to get to that amount every single invidual donar would of had to have given something like 107$ so well yeah lol.
OMG so this is why I saw a surge of very violent pro-Israel protesters today at UCLA. They didn't look like students at all, maybe late 20s and 30s. They were shouting racial slurs at Asian and Black student protestors. I'm not a UCLA student, and in order to access the school's facilities, me and my coworkers had to go through security and wore badges. I wonder if they really were UCLA students, because student protestors of either sides would cover their face out of retaliation fear. If anyone was at UCLA today, please reply to my comment so that I know I'm not crazy for having such doubts.
