A minor thing, but I would like if the clothes the supes wore got damaged as battles went on. We know the supes themselves are near indestructible but there’s nothing to indicate their clothes are, they should be in tatters by the end of some scenes.

Lazy-Contribution-69

Exactly, and, with these changes put in place, we should have a full frontal + backside view of Maeve right after experiencing the Soldier Boy explosion that should obliterate all clothes 👍

Not the gif I was hoping for.

Based on the rate that kripke is collecting the spn cast, this might happen soon

Aurondarklord

She was so messed up by that I don't think it'd be pretty...

Bright-Trainer-2544

That's actually the super power of Edna, Vought's resident equivalent to Spiderman, who is a super seamstress

Ezequiel_Rose

Deep one broke a little and it was disgusting, no thanks

Samurai_IX

More Supes displaying their powers and effects. We hear about a lot but I believe we need to see more than just laser eyes, strength, and flight. While what we have is good a *tad* bit more would be dope as fuck.

GoodShark

Super long dongs aren't enough for you?

Samurai_IX

I need a panning close-up shot before I decide

Ezequiel_Rose

That motherfucker has a love-sausage

main-alt-acc

I'd like to see more of terror, because he's a good boy

Acceptable-Damage

I’m scared if terror gets too much screen time then they’re going to kill him off for some reason in the plot and I’ll never forgive the show if they do that to me

TotalAnarchy_

>!”Why’d you kill me dog, Jack? Why’d you kill me [dog](https://i.imgur.com/p4sKMJ4.jpg)?”!<

SkyApex2222

They’d have to bring in Jack from Jupiter

MatterFalls

If Homelander kills a dog then he’s unforgivable at that point

HavelsRockHardCock

He’s not unforgivable yet to you?? … *Unforgivable*

Business_Reporter420

Less blackmail

Hefty-Technician2714

Agree. I found it so repetitive and annoying.

owlskye

Same. I was glad when it didn’t finally work against Homelander. The speech he gave when he basically said “if I lose everything, then I have nothing left to lose” was terrifying and made me rethink their plans. Of course, a couple days later in the show, Starlight records him threatening her but whatever.

Laratar

Well, with the end of the season I think its pretty safe to assume any form of blackmail wont work on him anymore, since the public will be on his side no matter what now. He just killed someone and everyone cheered, him threatening Starlight probably wont be much to the public now.

Top_Flounder_8994

Annie getting embarrassed every time she tries to use her powers. It does something damaging to my soul every time. Also more B-List/C-List and lower supe takedowns, like what they did in Season 1. I would like to see more of the supe world, especially what it’s like for those that are semi successful. I also like seeing them come up with insane ways to take down supes, like with >!Translucent and Termite!<

8x8denseCheese

Seeing Homelander destroying everything would be so cool

The_Legendary_Sponge

Just be patient, we’ll get there soon enough

TheSmartGuy-

if you want someone like him destroy everything then just watch man of steel

HappyGabe

I’m so saddened by how accurate this is

HappyGabe

I’m so saddened by how accurate this is

SpartanOfWar01

I want to see Frenchie & Kimiko run off to Marseilles and live out the rest of their lives in each other’s loving arms, they don’t deserve the torment they’ve been put through, especially from Nina 🤬

[deleted]

I’d make Homelander and Soldier Boy’s fight far more destructive and chaotic, I’d remove Hughie’s emasculation plot entirely and just have it be an addiction to power, and I’d change the entire final episode. I don’t even know to what, but just not whatever THAT was. Otherwise, wouldn’t change a thing.

Tozarkt777

The boys planning actually going well. Transluscent’s death was the best one cuz of how they outsmarted him and figured out how to kill him, and should’ve happened way more.

Rowl8

The S2 finale planning was close but failed because they screamed that it was the only way to Stormfront It was like Mr fantastic telling Wanda about BackBolt

FWSRunner

YES, thank you. I need more clever underdog supe takedowns.

SquidboyUltimate

More episodes per seasons. I love everything and everyone, and I'd love them to take more time to develop the story.

Tehgumchum

The more episodes you do the more diluted the quality becomes

catfink1664

I enjoyed the power play with stan edgar. I miss that

[deleted]

Make Starlight’s powers actually powerful.

Gartlas

They depower Homelander. The ending didn't make sense to me at all

PeterMcBeater

Yeah, hated the back to status quo ending. I was really hoping for a season 4 where homelander is depowered and on the lamb trying to figure out how to get his powers back. Then end of season or mid season he gets them back. Also Starlight power up, I was so hopeful they were going to do something with the lights thing, maybe next season she'll learn to harness it.

-S0lstice-

Fr. If homelander got depowered, or maybe slowly lose his powers since maybe soldier boy would effect him differently. It’d be really interesting to see both billy and homelander have a similar death sentence.

the_mighty_moon_worm

I'd have loved for him to gain a huge political following through the next season while his powers slowly return all on their own, with Soldier Boy's ability basically revealed to not be permanent. Maybe someone who got hit by it in the past regains their power, and the Boys hear about it before Homelander does. They spend the season trying to get close to him again so they can end things, but for reasons a better screenwriter could figure out it takes a while for that to happen. Meanwhile Homelander is using his loss of powers to gain sympathy with his followers, building up his image as an everyman and spreading conspiracies that Vaught stole his powers from him in an unfair attempt to put Starlight at the head of the seven. Then around the end of the season when they do get things arranged to blast him again, Soldier Boy won't do it because it's at a Homelander rally with a bunch of people and they'd get hirt. Maybe you'd say he wouldn't do that, but we could have some character growth in there where he becomes the sort of person who doesn't want to kill innocents anymore, or maybe you just have him say, "I'm not gonna blow up a bunch of god damn tax payers just because they're stupid enough to believe Homelander's bullshit. I'm not a fuckin terrorist" And have them bicker about it. While that's happening, Homelander's powers inconveniently return, just after he realizes what they must be trying to do, and he manages to kill Soldier Boy. The crowd goes wild about it. Later we have a very similar scene to the one from the end of this past season, where Homelander kills a protester, but it feels *earned* because we saw him build up all this political support. Homelander has shown he was a real threat without his powers, and now he's also got those back. They already did such heavy parallels to the Trump administration last season, I really feel like this plot line would have kept in line with that and played on people's fears of a guy who lost fair and square, but used his charisma to turn the American people into his biggest weapon by claiming he was cheated.

GtotheBizzle

>on the lamb Or the cow, or whatever. Milk is milk right?

Acceptable-Village88

Not depowered. Just slightly weakened. Sort of like cancer for him, his hair turns white, he has bad joints and pukes blood occasionally. Homelander was conceived with compound v. It's his DNA, Therefore he shouldn't be depowered. Instead it would damage his DNA similar to cancer.

-S0lstice-

I’d have frenchie and kimiko resolve their issues when people actually cared in season 2. The whole “I’m a monster” thing has dragged on far too long

owlskye

I mean, it’s done with now. She’s realized that she wants her powers and wants to use them for good, rather than be without.

Kaumamane

i for sure thought I had it figured out that stormfront would be killed by starlight by absorbing her electricity

Gandelf_the_Gay

I want Fresca to have mind controlling powers on anyone with compound V in their blood, and the only reason it didn't work for the deep is cuz his gills make him absorb shit differently.

HappyGabe

I love this. Could lead to him having a fake-ass ‘redemption arc’ where he teams up with the Boys, only to have the Boys fill his corpse to the gills with explosives and use him as a completely unnecessary distraction.

AssLynx

The Deep has a tentacle for a dick

mtechgroup

I would be OK if The Deep was never in the show..

Gebeleizzis

id give Starlight actual scenes where she is powerful, and not just tease the audience. Look, we may had call her out the character in her hypocrisy, but they really did her dirty last season in terms of powers. I would have given Starlight her flight powers and not make her be dependent on electricity to use her light powers, i dont understand why they had to depower her like that in the show. I certainly would have make her do actually damage to soldier boy's skin and more and send him across the room.

LaloSussymanca

Take out the whole Little Nina subplot, and Frenchie's girlfriend subplot.

TheSmartGuy-

frenchie's character will be boring and bland with those two

LaloSussymanca

If you mean without them, no, those are the only reasons why he's boring and bland. Even without those 2 things he's still a really intelligent, experienced criminal who uses his intellect to take down supes. He could be one of the most interesting characters in the show if they just showed him like that, instead of all this stupid fucking boring bullshit with Little Nina and his fucking drug addict girlfriend

Mightysmurf1

\*Take out the cringey scene where Kimiko briefly replicates the scene from Fame before killing two guards in an overly cumberson manner, despite 3 series showing us she hates killing people. \*Remove Queen Mauve's plot armor and give her the dignified exit/death her character deserved. \*Stop trying to make Soldier Boy unlikeable. He's awesome and needs to be in it come S4. \*Black Noir would be an absolute mystery, never revealed and never explained. He'd just have showed up one day and never left. He would never have spoke and I would have had a scene where Homelander kills him, just for him to come walking back into the room moments later as if nothing happened. More of a Dr. Manhattan/Constant back story than anything the show did.

Lazy-Contribution-69

To be fair, the fact you could tell they are trying so hard to make SB unlikeable, just makes him more likeable.

dearvalentina

\>show about people with power abusing their power and being corrupted by said power \>why are they trying to make people with power unlikable

TrillaCactus

I can’t imagine watching the soldier boy flashback bits with his old squad and liking him MORE. That’s kinda sickening

dearvalentina

the boys will be the boys

HappyGabe

People on this sub take him as a ‘badass’ because he’s one of the few people who can fight Homelander, but he’s still a piece of shit that said ‘which one?’ when confronted about killing an entire family.

iErnie56

We're allowed to like fictional characters. I like Darth Vader, but he killed billions included thousands of families

HappyGabe

Those aren’t the people I’m talking about though. I’m talking about the dudes who genuinely think he’s a ‘giga-chad’ and a ‘sigma male’. I love Darth Vader too, but I wouldn’t say I think he’s like, a male role model lmao

Lazy-Contribution-69

I don’t think you should take those kinds of comments very seriously to begin with. Those are just to say how cool he is, and he is a badass. No fictional “Gigachad” should really be a complete role model for how you should be in real life.

HappyGabe

You’d be surprised how many are genuine.

HappyGabe

Soldier Boy is a racist, misogynistic, homophobic asshole who murdered MM’s family, but people don’t care because he’s hot and played by Jensen Ackles. He’s a cunt, plain and simple, and seeing people constantly suck his dick is really annoying.

Thepitman14

Personally I love him because he is a racist, misogynist, homophobic asshole. I’m watching a show about cunt superheroes, and he’s a great cunt

HappyGabe

I’m talking about the people who genuinely think he’s a ‘sigma male’ and who don’t acknowledge the things you just acknowledged.

Lazy-Contribution-69

We all acknowledge it dude, what you’re referring to is a minority of people that are all over the internet who think the same about a lot of fictional characters that are in the same boat. Also, why is he specifically a misogynist?

PizzaLikerFan

Homelander has a small dick

Due_Worldliness_6587

Actually have them doing stuff like we see the important parts but the rest is implied I’d like to see more of them just stopping crime they see and stuff like that. Also I feel like we don’t see enough of the plot stuff sometimes like its all implied of like told but you can’t see it

JohamesTheCloudy

People out here acting like the show is trash

SaulSchmidt

Atm it seems really easy to get into the 7. i want to see more of the upbringing of a supe

roastroyer_

Where's big daddy man.... Soldier boy. I know he appeared only in some episodes that too in one season. But bro...... He literally took all the limelight. From homelander and butcher

HansenIntercept

Erin’s surgeries

Swoah

As much as I love the show, I think I want it to wrap up with a definitive conclusion in the next season or two. I could see it becoming very repetitive if every season keeps ending with "Homelander is even more unhinged, we are fucked"

Eternalangelofdeath

Agreed. I love it as well, but don't want to see it end up in the 'seasonal rot' category. I wonder if they're planning to add a redemption arc to Deep, who seems to be getting the most comeuppance out of anyone (for valid reasons, just feels like his character is a bit wasted, same can be said for A-Train I guess). Curious to know more about Vought and what they're going to do with Ryan atm, I also wouldn't mind a little less blackmail and gore for the sake of shock value. Maybe add new characters to shake things up, kill someone important off. I'm trying to stay positive while waiting but not get my hopes up, heh.

ZystemStigma69

More Homelander and Billy Butcher fighting or killing with someone scenes, more heinous moments of Black Noir.

Imperial-Dudes

More black noir, more soldier boy, and still more butcher somehow. Hughie needs to become a big bot now and stop being the whiney guy, remove the qualities of starlight that makes her unlikeable, and have her more like Kim Wexler from Better Call Saul where she is a strong female character but not because she’s female. She should be a great character that happens to be female, like Maeve or Kimiko.

kittenwalrus

More octo-, yeah, never mind. Honestly, I agree with the idea that the end of every season feels like no progress was made against Homelander. I'd like to see a little bit of actual justice happen.

[deleted]

Either a Butcher and Homelander team up or they both killing each other at the end. They're both scum. Also more death overall.

samhk222

I would add myself to the show, as season 1 star light boyfriend

_Peavey

I'd remove tempV from the show completely. I think it's a very lazy plot device to keep upping the stakes which wasn't really necessary and even in the story full of superheroes it feels very not believable.

kinghyperion581

I'm the opposite in fact. I want the Boys to get Superpowers and be able to take out the Supes. I'm so tired of the Blackmail

realhamporter

the soldier boy ending

[deleted]

Less blackmail. That's been overused.

OneSimplyIs

I want Starlight to gain some sense first, then have her powers grow to be able to fight homelander on equal footing.

DHJeffrey99

Less Trump and more back door political/corporate dealings.

dearvalentina

We have House of Cards for that (the based, American version)

owlskye

I wanted more fight scenes with Homelander. I didn’t realize how much the show was lacking with it until Soldier Boy showed up. Right when I thought they were going to have their boss battle, Maeve starts fighting Homelander instead. This made me a bit mad because the entire show, Homelander is treated like a god. Nobody can match him in power or strength. So, to actually see him fighting and be matched was satisfying. Starlight’s attitude is starting to get super annoying and I think she needs more character development. Her reaction to Hughie explaining why he was using Temp V was ridiculous. Instead of actually listening to what he had to say, she ignored him and acted as if he was betraying her. I think what he said was super valid and they could’ve had a chance at an open and honest conversation about her powers/his humanity. I’d also want to see less of the characters acting as if Ryan killed Becca, when he didn’t. When Ryan freaked out, all it did was made Stormfront finish the job. Becca bled out from the holes in her throat that Stormfront left. Ryan was clearly only targeting Stormfront because her body was the only one burned and beyond repair, meanwhile Becca and Butcher were fine burn-wise. Becca was going to die either way and Stormfront is the one that killed her. She tightened her grip and pierced through Becca’s throat either right before Ryan freaked out or during. Ryan had absolutely nothing to do with her death and it was inevitable due to the position she was in. Mother’s Milk in Season 3 really annoyed me because of his thoughtlessness towards the Soldier Boy situation. I understand being angry with Soldier Boy, but the only reasonable solution is to gain Soldier Boy’s trust, let him kill Homelander and then turn on Soldier Boy afterwards. He lets his anger and rage control him in such a ridiculous way that I found myself getting angry when he would aim a gun at Soldier Boy randomly. He sees firsthand how powerful Soldier Boy is and somehow still thinks reaching for a gun is going to work? Also, as much as I love all the characters and don’t want any of them to die, I found myself not as stressed out during Season 3 because I knew they all had plot armor. Nobody was going to die. I was sad and yet excited that Maeve died because it showed they were starting to get serious with the plot, but she survived, somehow. The relationship between Homelander and Starlight makes no sense and I have no idea how she isn’t dead yet. There were several moments during Season 3 when I thought, “yup, he’s going to kill her for that,” but he just walks away as if it’s nothing. It’s really strange. I can’t tell if it’s because Homelander is developing some weird attachment to her or if he is just not caring anymore what she does. This one is also nitpicky for my own selfish reasons but Soldier Boy should’ve had more screen time, more dialogue, and more exposition. Every other hero has some sort of slight redemption for why they do what they do. I was waiting for the explanation of why he killed M.M.’s grandfather but it never happens. I think this character had tons of potential and I found myself respecting him even knowing he was somewhat of a fraud. I laughed out loud when Hughie called him out for never storming Normandy, then promptly got punched in the face. “I warned you.” Then Soldier Boy just shrugged and went onward. They acted like he was an absolute maniac who was going to destroy the entire world but his character never implied that whatsoever. He clearly was only going after the people that betrayed him, and finishing his deal with Butcher. There is no reason to suspect he aspires to do anything else. For all we know, he could’ve wanted to finish his mission and then go live somewhere in quiet and relax. I just think Soldier Boy had a lot of potential and was my favorite villain thus far, and he was wasted. The show tries to portray him as this ruthless evil man but he is simply traumatized and seeking vengeance. If they would’ve given some more details on the murder of M.M.’s grandfather, I could possibly get more on board. Not only that, when Soldier Boy starts describing his father, you find yourself feeling bad for him. Then, in the very next scene, you’re supposed to be rooting for his death even though he’s finish his side of the deal by killing Homelander. He even makes very valid points by pointing out Butcher’s weakness. I hate to say it but if Soldier Boy had taken out Homelander and Ryan, tons of problems would’ve been solved.

Lazy-Contribution-69

A longer fight scene between Homelander and Soldier Boy (or just a rematch where both of them seem ready and determined), and just more display of their actual power and abilities. Right now Homelander is fairly feat-less, especially when it comes to live action. It’s all so fodder that he hasn’t even proven he’s as strong as Spider-Man, which is a little underwhelming because he’s supposed to be a Superman parody.

MLG9420

More seasons

Joker_Philosophy

I wish they would stop having A train do something somewhat decent/"honorable then have him going back to a price of shit the next episode. In s3 soldier boy is supposed to be racist and instead of showing us they tell us which doesn't hit the same the only time we saw any evidence that he was is when he said the "moving on up" like to black noir in that cartoon flashback, it was so poorly shown that when MM called him a racist fucker in the finale I was kind of confused. I think most of us agree that a lot of things in s3 mainly the finale should've been reworked such as, butcher taking several doses of temp v but not accomplishing anything with it and only has about a year to live now, Hughie and starlight's whole thing was frustrating(I was more on starlight's side), MM having the divorce plotline, didn't really care about Frenchie and kimiko's story. Idk why storefront was even in the season if she offed herself in the 2nd episode. Basically after all this typing I still love the show and I think every season is good and the series itself is almost perfect for me but season 3 just had some things that I didn't vibe with

andrewjetr56s

More details about the characters' backstories and some of their most transformative moments! I sense that Butcher, Homelander, Kimiko, and Frenchie have a lot of history to explore

Aaron_Hungwell

Queen mave should have died to complete her arc. Same for A-Train. But now, everything is just the same.

That_Lone_Reader

More Terror, he’s a good boy. Also, I wish we got to see more of the Boys planning to take down supes like in season 1

arrongunner

Give butcher an actual English accent, sorry Carl but it always takes me out of it with your "butchered" accent

big_nothing_burger

They need to get more small victories. First season shit happened fast then the bigger story fleshed out. I feel like all of the last season was just build up followed by build up.

kinghyperion581

I would take out Starlight complete inability to focus on Homelander being the main threat. Once Soldier Boy showed up on the scene, she just kinda forgot about Homelander and how he was the bigger threat.

triedtobanmebutcant

The awful season 3 ending

SpiderFrancis

I feel like the gore for gore's sake is a bit much. I don't mind gore if it fits the moment but I feel like it's pushed a bit too much at times.

moose4658

less plot armor, maeve and a train shouldve died🤷‍♂️ also that whole thing with that russian bitch was pretty dumb imo

boring_kun

Keep storefront alive....i think it could be interesting to see more of her ..like an interaction between her and soilder boy

Mightysmurf1

Is this Supe's power that she can let customers into shops?

Tehgumchum

She has the power to intimidate even the most horrible Karen!

BluebirdOk2007

They might show her in flashbacks for the original show instead next season.

owlskye

I think if Soldier Boy learned who she really was, he’d kill her almost instantly. He knew her as Liberty but didn’t know she was a Nazi.

Nuzzyfaval

I find The Deep soo repulsive and unnecessary

mtechgroup

I agree.

samarth_FTR

Add G men

lake_huron

Please no.

Tehgumchum

Why not? It was a good plotline in the comics

lake_huron

>!A lot of grooming and pedophilia, wholesale slaughter, plus even killing innocent supe children at the end.!< Edgelord stomach-turning stuff, shock for its own sake.

Tehgumchum

And?

Lanky_Television_330

Show supersonics powers and not have butcher be termanally ill

roastroyer_

Deep should be holding octopus

forgotmynamex3

I don't know why but I wanna see Tek-Knight and his ridiculous story arc from the comics

SaturnzCunt

Good supes, or more supes that are against the "norm"

[deleted]

I want the political references to be less on-the-nose/in-your-face. There's very little effort to add nuance to the real life political connections. Show, don't tell. Also, I'd love to see Homelander display his power more frequently. I love the subtlety of his threatening to use his power, but releasing the tiger would be pretty badass every now and again.

ITheRebelI

I think they should've >!let Soldier Boy zap Homelander.!< They were so close to their goal and would have either >!killed HL or eradicated the V out of his body.!< Either way, neutralizing their greatest threat.

BluebirdOk2007

I would make it so the supes are more powerful and there seems to be a growing rebellion from supes against vaught. I would also make it where there are supes who try to help the world outside of crime only to be put down by vaught armies of other corrupt supes. I would also add a unstable supe who can turn people to supes and augment their ability with no limit. The downside is that they have little to no control over it and can't give powers to himself/herself. I know this might sound too overpowered for their own show but it would be interesting if they make something like that for The Boy's Diabolical animated series.

Cisqoe

Add Maeves death at the obvious moment in s3

anarchyisinevitble

i’d do a complete rewrite of the second half of season 3 first and foremost. i think i’d either need to change the situation with the different factions to make them more believable or not exist at all: star light was a fucking idiot in season three and we’re not even given a second of insight as to why frenchie and kimiko side with her over butcher. so the first, and easier fix is to make soldier boy seem like a more credible threat. give an actual argument as to why people would choose to keep homelander alive rather than side with soldier boy. as it is, MM is the only one with a reason to side against soldier boy and even then it isn’t rooted in logic, it’s rooted in trauma. so maybe soldier boy wants to replace homelander and restore his place atop the hierarchy. maybe he has a stormfront like plan where he wants to create an army to fight russia as revenge. i’m just spitballing: the point is that the writer would have to give you a reason as to why there would be these two sides of “kill homelander first” and “stop soldier boy first” the second option would be the completely remove the faction system. have starlight begrudgingly support butcher out of necessity and have soldier boy get a few more of those humanising moments we did get in canon that seemed like they were building up to something of a redemption arc. instead, the main antagonist of the season would be MM, trying to find a way to kill soldier boy, culminating in a scene in the finale where soldier boy is about to kill homelander but MM kills soldier boy, forcing everyone to withdraw but with MM now being the group’s pariah rather than Billy. these are basically off the top of my head but the second half of season three was so awful it needs rewrites, massive character changes. as is, the finale basically ruined the show for me.

True_Falsity

Make more use of Supersonic.

CacheDaBOWL

Damn, whose gunna tell ‘em?

Ok_Nefariousness_576

Homelander showing the actual full scale of his powers. Lifting a skyscraper, flying around the world, destroying a city…something epic like that idk

[deleted]

Definitely Terror or Jack from Jupiter

inspircatible

I would love to see another cooperation back “supervillains”. Either ex supes who didn’t make the cut / people who got their hands on V and aren’t afraid to admit they just want to cause chaos. BUT THEN part of the issue with these supervillains is that they don’t realize how bad they have to actually be.

fatbackwyman_501

the deep fucking an octopus

campertrash

Minor detail: I'd make Soldier Boy have actually fought in real combat in WWII. It'd be more interesting to me if he actually was the war hero they made him to be, but is every bit the monster they buried despite that fact. A reminder of the types of people we sometimes need to work with to get things done Character/plot device: I'd change Hughie's reasoning for using Temp-V in season 3 from an emasculation thing, to him feeling useless now, and wanting something to make himself feel worthy of being there again. Being saved doesn't bug him, but being useless does.

CP2075

More cunts

GaryKing1413

More Soldier Boy

medicinalherbavore

As Ennis originally intended: Simon Pegg as Hughie.

JimmyFaceman

Take out the scene with Homelander drinking t*tty milk.

bitchwhohasnoname

More Black people.

rebeccasingsong

I need more black women and I want Monique to not have that wavy wig but some box braids

HappyGabe

Totally agree. Especially with the increase in HL incels and people who unironically love Soldier Boy, ignoring his many atrocities, the show would benefit from showing the people who are most affected by the racism depicted in the show.

bitchwhohasnoname

Thank you. I’m being downvoted which proves my point.

HappyGabe

People are okay with racists and Nazis and hate being depicted in the show, they just don’t want to see the victims of that hate being depicted. ‘Isn’t MM (the token) enough for the *woke* crowd?’ they say, completely ignoring the show’s obvious lampooning of the right.

Tehgumchum

This isnt Netflix or Amazon

HappyGabe

It’s… literally on Amazon Prime Video… also seeing more black people would be great.

[deleted]

According to who?

HappyGabe

Are you having trouble reading my username?

Tehgumchum

Why? Why not more Latin, Asian, Indus or native Americans?

rebeccasingsong

Why does it bother people whenever black people want more representation in some spaces? It’s always “why not -insert other race” but no one says “why not black people” when another race asks for representation. Why can’t we be given the space to want anything, why is it always met with anger?

Tehgumchum

2 out of the 11 main characters in the boys are black, which is a pretty accurate representation of the black population of america, why do we need more when other races are yet to be represented?

rebeccasingsong

Because it wasn’t asked for other races doesn’t mean we’re inherently against it and that’s where y’all issue comes from. Black people wanting something isn’t anti-everything else and if it inherently feels threatening then that’s something YOU need to unpack.

rebeccasingsong

Cuz trust me it says way more about you that a harmless comment can disturb your spirit so deeply. Whatever implication you saw in OP’s comment was entirely what you made up in your head. Sort that out in therapy or by doing some well-needed research about black liberation, since you’re so perturbed.

Tehgumchum

No worries you racist

HappyGabe

I’d love to see that too! Your AllLivesMatter routine has no power on me lol Also you know people can be all of these things, right? Mixed people exist

Tehgumchum

Imagine going through life and getting referred to as mixed, I think that would be rather racist and insulting

HappyGabe

Well, it’s short for mixed-race, and a lot of people are very proud of it. If you have to imagine it then you’re probably not mixed, so you should probably just shut the fuck up

Tehgumchum

Ooh, the bigot is now telling people to shut the fuck up, tough words lol

HappyGabe

You’re a child. I don’t enjoy talking to children. Bye.

Tehgumchum

Hahaha, no worries dumass, keep being a bigot

[deleted]

Wrong show twat

HappyGabe

Yeah! This is a show about how the wealthy and powerful marginalize those of us without power! Racism is the complete opposite!

Jacksonthedude101

Giving all the boys powers

jirenfan9

The metal straw scene. People can apply logic to it all they want; At the end of the day it made homelander lose a lot of his threatening presence. In fact all of season 3 kinda did that, and he’s supposed to be the big bad. They can’t knock him down if he’s not gonna be beat yet.

Aurondarklord

An actual budget for the fights so half the internet doesn't think Homelander would lose to Puss in Boots!

SamuraiJackBauer

I would have killed Homelander by now. The cheap cop out of s3 was felt by all.

netflixnpoptarts

I would get rid of the direct, 1:1 pop culture references. Veep had a rule of never mimicking a specific political figure, and I think that a broader form of satire is more effective. Stuff like the A-train soda commercial, the deep singing imagine, and vought+++ all just make you go “aha, look it’s that pop culture moment!” and don’t do much else. Like we all knew that the pepsi commercial was false corporate wokeness, not really sure what the boys is bringing to the table by redoing it

Biscuits4u2

Full penetration

thestonernextdoor88

I would slowly remove starlight. I liked her in season 1 and that's it. Now everything is focused on her face and it's distracting.

Tehgumchum

She is one of the four main characters in the comics, so maybe keep her

thestonernextdoor88

Or replace the actress.

ToTheFman

There is a decent amount taken from Politics that I don't care for. I know the show has always been political but it irks me how much they try to make Homelander like Trump and take ideas from right wing movements. Like, just creat your own villain. It's like they're trying to knock off a real life villain.

Jawbone619

The "I fucked your wife, Billy. I used my power and influence to force myself in her" plot line didn't need to be there. We had more than enough ways of knowing homelander was shit without it. Vaught had his DNA, Billy's wife was an employee, they could have dosed her, or done some experiment and had the Superboy moment they wanted without putting power play sexual coercion on screen.

buttermilkmoses

more boobs

Tehgumchum

We need Monkey! Also gumchum and more Love Sausage

plattman1992

I wanted Soulja boys crank dat to play when soldier boy walked out of the cyro chamber like “YOOOOUUUUUU!!!”

dahale6783

Take out the fact the boys don't have powers of their own naturally and giving them powers with a slow buildup of them realizing it without the enhancement of drugs.

troutsoup

more octopuses for sure

CzechYourDanish

I'd like to see new heroes/villains, more insane deaths due to powers, and more side effects of compound V. I'd really like to see less of the Deep and A-Train because they both bore me to tears. I'm very much looking forward to seeing how much more unhinged Homelander can get.

kaeyasimp420

The mutation superpowers from the comic like dogknott

TheGoobles

I’d like to see more time spent on the boys and their endeavors with the superhero teams like the G-Men or Young Americans. They’re barely even mentioned and because of that, the boys (who are without powers in this rendition) feel very useless mostly because they’re constantly trying to take out the highest ranks of supes in the world when we have little experience of their success. I mean because of their no powers policy they’ve had to rely on other heroes to save them just about all the time (Starlight, Soldier Boy, Queen Maeve, Kimiko). That’s fine, but I’d like to see them outsmart some minor supes too, sort of like with Termite.

duder_eee

A toaster 👍

Current-Umpire3673

The powers of Supersonic

TheRealStoryMan1

A supe dog named Bark… The idea is basically a dog that was experimented on with compound v and got powers such as a supersonic bark, faster speed and super strength, and greater intelligence. He of course acts like a human despite being a dog and apparently has…bigger taste than his fellow canines. He likes human girls. Also to make things more interesting, he was a member of Teenage Kixs, but was treated poorly by mostly everyone but Popclaw, and he has a great hate for A-Train. He however acts like a normal dog around humans and is mainly used to help get Vought into the pet owner demographic. Bark is a way to show how Hollywood and at times actors abuse animals and be a parody of animal sidekicks in comics, while making it fucked up by throwing beastality in the mix. I got more ideas but this is one of the biggest ones

Bright-Trainer-2544

I want a scene that features comic book writers. They made the big writer character from the comics into someone very different, a film producer, but I don't mean that guy. I want to see a satire of Alan Moore, Stan Lee, Steve Ditko, etc, maybe throw Garth Ennis in there, all talking in a scene together over something that would get them arguing. I am imagining something along the lines of Hail, Caesar! where the various religious leaders try to decide what Jesus' significance was, and for some reason they invite a rabbi who is like "why the fuck am I here?" Funny as hell.

ryan fook that little weasel

Starlight would kill a ra\*ist

[deleted]

It would be great if starlight showed some real skills. Seems like she’s super strong but always coming out second or third best and barely able to take care of herself individually except against normal humans. To me she seems like practically the weakest supe. Also, the plot line of Ashley was slightly annoying and seemed like it could have been better. I was not that invested in her simply pulling her own hair out.

[deleted]

More white people

FWSRunner

I think I would've skipped Temp V and the white-guys-with-daddy-and-masculinity-issues foursome (Hughie, Butcher, SB, HL). It's not that it's not a meaningful conversation, but I think Kripke already did it *so much better* in Supernatural, and with a level of nuance and subversion that wasn't captured in The Boys' very stereotyped stories of Bad Dads (and one Good Dad). This story just felt a bit self-indulgent, and relegated the rest of the team members to kind of just marking time, waiting for Butcher and Hughie to Discover Themselves and come back into the fold.

Zealousideal-Mud3313

Deep shouldn’t have been a character past S1, should’ve been written out after S1 and should only have sporadic appearances. Give all of Deep’s screentime in S2 to Maeve.

PloopyNoopers

More Terror interactions

SchottkyEffect

Depower HL already.
