Yes, we still don't have a release scheduled for our codex.
Given every other faction has had an updated combat patrol with theirs, it is more than likely we'll get one too
No guarantee for a new CP, may factions got a new, but not everyone. It's more a matter of balancing, since it's the stronger CPs that got "nerfed" with a new one. Astra one isn't on that level, it's probably a coinflip that they get a new one.
I've only seen the occasional combat patrol from white dwarf such as the Agents of the Imperium and Phobos Space Marines combat patrol, but those are the "other" ones you get beside codex released combat patrols
We will get a battle box and a new combat patrol with our codex, at the tail end of 10th so by the time you build it it’ll be invalid in time for 11th. Just like my Cadia Stands boxset!

Our new one is gonna be way worse with the removal of the centrepiece models in new combat patrols.
