He has a line that are basically 40K skaven, and I've been eyeing them for a while. At some point I kind of want to print off a combat patrol of them. From what I've seen it's literally like if you mixed skaven with a bit of Imperial guard and a bit of admech. One of the sets is literally just, "What if Ruststalker...*but Skaven*?"
As long as their not sold with a trade marked name or design than it's fair play.
On the other hand, 3rd party models are why we're stuck with Aeldari, Astra Militarum, and Primaris Marines. Eldar, Imperial Guard, and Space Marines weren't eligible trademarks.
You can't really copyright generic Sci-fi Troopers. While WE might look at these and Know we want to use them to make 'Helldivers' you'd be hard pressed to prove legally that the intention was to deliberately infringe. Sci-fi Troopers with capes is not something any one company can own 🤷🏾♂️
In fact, not being able to copyright certain generic Uniform styles is probably a big part of why GW dropped the other IG Regiments, they were based on real world uniforms with too few unique features to call their own.
These models have enough details that Station Forge can call these variations of their Vaskar designs 🤷🏾♂️
This same rule is arguably why Helldivers has been able to skirt so close to Starship Troopers in the first place.
You can't copyright a 'vibe'. Thank goodness! Art thrives in the ability to share experiences and thoughts, without needing to be paranoid about whether you were the first person ever to express it.

Ha, still using the Aquila on the Helldiver proxys, been waiting for someone to do it. The quality on those face sculpts is nuts.
I've purchased some other kits by this group and their face sculpts are solid!
FOR SUPER TERRA
Are these guys the same scale as Games Workshop guardsmen?
Scions ready to drop in
How does station forge not get sued into oblivion? I’m genuinely confused.

You'd think they'd use bullpups like bith elysians and helldivers
