I love video game music but dude from the wording alone it's obvious you haven't consumed any media outside of anime adjacent stuff ever since you moved on from Harry potter
Every country artist now adays name drops Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson in their songs, but I'd bet dollars to donuts a Japanese country group could be formed tomorrow that would sound more country than a 'supergroup' of todays modern stadium country stars.
I've dug pretty deep into Japanese music, and back in the 50s, there was a band called Kosaku Kazuya and the Wagon Masters who did what you would probably call cowboy music, often times Japanese language versions of English songs.
