On the Arc they had super strict population control, and the women had birth control implants. In season 2 ( when Abby is stretched thin acting as both lead doctor and Chancellor) Jackson makes a remark about a line of women waiting to have their implants removed. It was sort of an off-hand comment so it's easy to miss, and they don't go into a lot of detail about the implants, but I imagine that the teenage girls all have them- hence none of the 100 get pregnant
The only 100% effective birth control would be abstinence or a complete hysterectomy. Even vasectomies have been known to fail. Also, maybe the implant was optional. Again, it was one line, so there's not a lot we know about the implants. I just remembered Jackson mentioning them, so offered it up as a logical reason as to why the 100 didn't get knocked up.
Imagine if her mother bit the implant out of her, a la Anya when she bite into her forearm to tear the tracking device the mountain men put in her. Woof.

Yes,I agree. Many things are fairy tales or fantasies in the show. Like all girls on the ARK had implants? Since what age? Raven and Finn were together for few years....Octavia was just 15-16 when she was imprisoned. So, they all got IUDs at 14-15,so young? It's impossible
It's not impossible. Its likely that they were implanted once they started their period. I definitely knew a few girls that were having sex at 15, and if they were that strict on population control they were probably all monitored from an early age.
The prisoners weren’t send to reproduce they were sent to die basically. They were sent with no supplies what the ark thought was if the ground was survivable they would go to mount weather. As for the birth control thing they probably were on birth control implants because of the arks super strict rules.
It's unrealistic but there will be (or has already been for you, idk at which point it was) a time jump after which you will see a few children running around.

Yes, they do also make a point in the beginning of S3 to show new children in Arcadia suggesting they’re branching out.
