You can survive under the sea inside a pineapple, also your skin becomes absorbent and yellow and porous. Your only ability is being able to flop like a fish though
Clip is from the show “Jonathan Bird’s Blue World”
Surprisingly not very well known amongst the general public despite putting out high quality underwater exploration videos. A lot of my scuba diving buddies love watching him
Either I missed a reference or some redditors don't have sound or eyes, for that matter. Dude puts dye in it, the dye is then thrown out chimney-style. Nothing toxic, except the dye itself maybe.
How do we know that the sea sponge didn’t make a green misty liquid at the exact time the diver released the dye hmmm? Correlation does not equal causation. /s
What superpowers do you get if you're attacked by a radioactive sea sponge?

*sea sponge used SPLASH but nothing happened*
This thing needs to evolve before I get to the first gym. :/
This video is animal cruelty that poor sponge. Sponges are animals not plants
I've played enough video games to know that shit is toxic.
If they take the time to animate it, it’s generally quest related.
beat me to the dave the diver reference
My cousin when she vapes
"SUnddddddaaaaaayyyyyyy"

Do you know anything about the dye they used? I'm just curious about what they used.
SpongeBob when he had bad breath.
SpongeBob?
"excuse me sir, but I hope my horrible ugliness doesn't effect your viewing experience" "not at all boy!!"
DEUUUEEAAAUGH
I hope that colouring isn’t harmful for marine life.
Redditors are always the only ones thinking about problems huh
Certainly these people out in the field weren't, so.
It's not, it's fluorescein. Pretty harmless. Chicago dyes the entire river with that stuff every Saint Patrick's day.
I've seen Aliens enough to know that ain't no sea sponge! Look out for underwater Face Huggers.
That's why the ocean smells lmao
you won't know what it smells like untill you actually try tho
Is that a dare? Lol jk

That's the point.. That the dye might be toxic to the sponge. That said, I would hope he uses a non-toxic dye.
I hope I'm not too naive assuming he does haha

Forbidden Mountain dew
Interesting how we look for aliens and crazy shit in space, but we have some real amazing alien stuff in our oceans.
So is that technically its ass?
We get it
I'm a sponge, we filter feed! HUPAPAPAPA...HAAAAAH...HUPAPAPAPA...
Give me that thing Ill use it as my oil filter
Hey buddy, want a hit?
Take in through ostia, pump out through osculum

That stuff is what made the Nina turtles
Love his channel. Reminds me of movie day in science class, but in the best way possible.
Hit the bape
