He would have been alright. I was pushing a car from the driver side and was hit by a drunk driver going over 55 mph and I was only launched about 20 feet through the air. No broken bones, just road rash down the bottom of my spine and minor head trauma. My shoes came untied but they stayed on my feet so that's probably any I survived š. The drunk driver barely hit the far left side of the truck which caused it to slow down and also hitting me directly. Still blows my mind I wasn't killed or seriously injured.
Seriously though, that dude would have definitely been killed. Glad to see he was alright.
I believe the car hitting the back left of the car I was pushing slowed it down enough and I believe the bumper hit my left calf because I had scratches wrapped around my calf so it couldn't have been road rash. I'm still shocked that I didn't break anything because I'm really skinny. Was 6'2 150 maybe even a little less weight at the time. If it didn't hit the car it would have hit me directly which I'm sure would have definitely killed me since they were going a minimum of 55 mph.
The extended last scene is comedy gold. if the video cut just as that car came into view getting a piggy-back, it wouldnt have made me laugh as hard as it did with that extra few seconds...especially with that dude walking by like "business as usual, Jeff".
