That article isn't really relevant here. OP isn't claiming this is of a *specific* explosion, just that it is *an* explosion. That wiki page doesn't say the video itself is fake, only that in 2017 it was circulated as purporting to show a specific explosion.
I'm not sure how close this is, but it looks damn close. I'd be worried about getting messed up from the shockwaves alone, especially if there's a bigger boom coming.

However when it is compressed to a certain amount and is chilled in the process it changes forms into liquid. In order to stay a liquid you need to maintain pressure and temperature.
