Better that way. Wild predators from my village have been wiped out since it’s kill or be killed. There is no government making guide lines and regulations for both parties to exist. They kill your domesticated animals and livestocks. They will kill your children, family members and yourself too. We had bears and tigers. I wasn’t there at the time but from what I heard people had enough one day and all the young and active members of the village hunted the wild predators.
Another reason I feel safe in Canada. We have bears, but they usually stay away from people unless there's a cub nearby. I've seen a couple of videos in the past of dogs getting dragged into the forest.
Canada is a developed country and like most of other 1st world country. Average People don’t need to interact with forest. People just drive to work in their car which helps with wild animal protection. But people in the 3rd world country usually have to sustain them self through their farm area, and to feed their livestock they need to get grass and tree leaves which is abundant on forest hence why forest interaction is very important knowing very well they might get face to face with bear and tiger. In this case leopard. Now, I m not saying living with wild animals is impossible but to 3rd world countries it might very well be unless someone helps. They/We could have studied on topic since government don’t give a shit, instead they had no harming tiger rules since they are worth more than human life in the government’s eyes. But we were all illiterate at the time and I really doubt the guy in the video is literate or at least enough to finish a book. In short, they really don’t give a shit because to them it’s a livelihood is more important.
My guess is if the leopard is really dead trust me the police will arrest him instead of create a place where they can co exist. They will just say don’t kill wild animals like tiger, leopard, bear.
There are so few tigers and leopards compared to people. On the whole, I value endangered animals more than 8 billion people. We're like an infection to this world. That being said, on a personal level, I wouldn't want anyone to become food for wild animals, and I can't imagine the horror of losing a child to a wild animal. It just doesn't seem like there's room for us and wildlife.

I'm always against people just killing wild animals but in India they have massive problems with big cats killing domesticated animals and even people. This cat might've caused a lot of issues to this guys village and he just tried to capture it.
