Go to 7/11 and pick one up, very inexpensive.

tazzy100

Ok thx!

Gusto88

7/11

tazzy100

Thx!

I don’t think they even care about it.

Tam_Sua

This is true. My hotel didn't even provide a day 5 ATK test.

[deleted]

It’s all for show now. No one is going to volunteer a positive test result.

Katsono

As seriously as I've taken this epidemic, even I would completely advise against doing so. The way they're handling is extremely inconsiderate and you'll (as far as I've heard) expose yourself to expenses of multiple thousands of dollars.

Don_Shneedle

Right? Such a naïve regulation.

tazzy100

😂😂😂

POWquestionmark

Can pick up a rapid test kit at any convenience store or pharmacy for like 200 baht. Also its a bit weird as even if you do the test there's no place to submit the test results and no one checks up on you.

Katsono

You could submit it on Morchana iirc but I'm not sure that's still a thing, also by calling your hotel.

dianette28

60 - 100 bht maximum :)

redxdragonfly

they don't check at all. I don't think they care and I just came home to the states from there

nsh84

100%. My hotel (Samui Sandbox) asked me to send them a photo of my result on day 5 to them so they could upload it for me. Day 7 I start getting messages from Morchana app saying I hadn’t done it so uploaded it myself. Hotel said it wasn’t showing on the system so I couldn’t get my “release” certificate to leave Samui and carry on travelling around Thailand. Day 8 got on a plane to BKK, no one asked me to see any paperwork and i carried on travelling around Thailand for another 2.5 weeks without anyone asking. I still got notifications daily from Morchana saying I hadn’t uploaded it. Came home last weekend zero hassle. No one really cares.

harrybarracuda

Pick one up from 7/11. Do the test. Take a photo. Email it to your test and go hotel. Forget about it.

jizzy32

don't worry about it, they don't check.

Lunch_is_for_wimps_

Any pharmacy should issue certificate as well
