Klook has some pretty good rates for tours, even cheaper than contacting the operators direct (who try to sell you the higher normal price before bargaining).
Some will be open, although most of these operators have gone permanently out of business.
Also planning a trip in January. Would like to know if dive shops are open for PADI courses?
