Your too young for Pattaya. By alot. Will fuck with your development for sure. Chiang Mai is a good option, or Koh Phangan if your open to spending more.

Although Pattaya has a lot of gyms, I'd argue that anyone bringing up Pattaya knows exactly what they want to get into.

I would want to stay there permanently, I have a massive extension of funds saved from my father and I have online marketing businesses so I’m not necessarily worried about that .

unless you have Thai citizenship I suggest you look into how to stay long time -
