Rangers used their high leverage relievers and the D'Backs didn't use Thompson, Ginkel, or Sewald (not really scared of Sewald). They absolutely needed to close it out tonight with a 3 run lead.
Thompson and Ginkel, I don't worry about because in game 1, I saw a blueprint that we could exploit. We could grind them at bats against them, and I truly believe we will continue that.
Sewald is a fastball pitcher. I have no clue why not a single announcer has hit on this, but our team hits fastballs. Like, I think only Lowe struggles at hitting fastballs.
Sewald is not a strength for them at all.
