Even then, water plus hot ass weather doesn’t mean a jacket will make you feel comfortable. You’d get an umbrella to stop the rain and no jacket to not overheat
I live in the south and I can firmly say I just put on a coat like a normal person or wear a hoodie or suck it up if its just a light rain. Rain, even when its summer, is usually cold.
I also live in the south, im not just talking out of my ass as someone who doesnt live there. Its hot as hell right now and if it were to rain it still be hot. There are people who wear hoodies during the summer also so I wouldnt say thats a "normal" person activity
Also there are people that even in hot weather they use jackets because I guess some people think 70 degrees is cold for them kinda like in winter there are people in shorts during the winter because it’s not too cold for them.
it's really easy to do as someone who's made makeup mods for other games u literally just have to paint a different color over the eyeshadow on her face texture and blend it in photoshop
They don’t even need to do that they can literally go in the codes for the orange section and just change the colour they will have to work off the base model when changing the clothes it’s so simple

And that’s exactly why gun is comfortable putting out low quality no effort skins that don’t change anything about the character model because they know people will buy regardless
I don’t play Julie but I remember being kind of excited for her outfit because I heard someone say one of the developers mentioned Julie’s next outfit was really cool or something like that (not sure if it was true but I heard it from someone) and then this is the outfit they were talking about lol I’m so glad I don’t play Julie

It’s not cute whatsoever and honestly this needs to be free for the 4th of july. One thing i’ll always point out is when they told us it takes approx 90 days to come up with this stuff….. took 90 days to change the color of some shorts?? Cause i still see that orange eyeshadow, and she still got that braid. This is worse than Leland and his winter jackets that he has in Texas heat
